Due Process and Larry got my personal service process request done within 4 days! I had to serve personally an Order to Appear and Product Documents and Subpoena for a Debtor Examination on a potentially evasive subject, and they got it done quickly. Thanks for the quick turnaround.

I have used Due Process dba Action Attorney Service, twice. First in 8÷13÷12 and again in 7÷23÷13. On both occasions I faxed the documents and mailed the checks for the services. My checks were immediately cashed, however, about 3 weeks after emailing each document, I was told by Larry Oliver, that they had never received them. (Why would they cash a check for a document they never received?) Both times Larry s went into a long explanation about a computer problem with email and how some were deleted. But, if you get a check for a document you don’t have, wouldn’t you call the person who sent the check? I re-​sent both documents immediately. They were unable to serve the one I sent last year, and to this date I have never received the non-​service return, even though I have requested it several times. When I called about the most recent one, Larry said his son had the paper and he would call me back later in the day with status. He went into a long explanation about his son working somewhere on a house, which had nothing to do with my call. When I called again the next day, Larry said he didn’t know which server had the documents (I reminded him that the previous day he told me his son had the papers). I also told him that my client had just called me and knew that the paper had been served because the defendant had. He then went into a long story about how one server was in bed with diarrhea (TMI) and he didn’t know where the other one was. He then hung the phone up on me when I said to him «that’s not my problem, it has nothing to do with my documents». Good service? I think NOT !!!
