This place fucking sucks. I had previously left a much longer review on another account, but the general gist of it is that the people who own it (Tim especially) are jokes, will tell you they’ll call you RIGHT BACK and your car will be ready on SUCH AND SUCH day but will actually never call you back and you’ll be waiting four more weeks for your car, and if you go in to check on it, it’ll be in a random Mexican dude’s garage on South Union. Hey guys, here’s a funny joke: Tim (one of the owners) told me nothing was wrong with my car and the «check engine» light would turn off if I drove it, and then my friend, using the same machine that Tim has, told me the O2 monitor needed replacing. HAHA, get it? The joke is that the owner is a walking, talking, lying piece of trash. The other owner goes, to a customer waiting in the lobby, «oh, she’s just mad that we made a mistake on her car.» I guess when you’re a crook, not replacing a part you got paid to replace is just a mistake.
Oh, and they broke the clip that holds my driver’s side mat down. Do you have insurance? Use it somewhere else. Do you have a phone? Use it to find that «somewhere else». Are you riding dirty without insurance, a drivers license, no bank account, have literally no other options, and just really enjoy patronizing businesses that are horrible? Come here. I wish I had reported them to the Bureau of Automotive Repair when I had the chance.
