I have been going to Jacki for years, getting waxed etc. she does a wonderful job keeping me looking good. On a personal note, my husband had been ill, and then passed away, naturally I had not had time to go in to see Jacki during all of this. A few days before the funeral she called with her condolences and said I know you don’t feel like it, but come in, you know he would want you to look your best. Let me do this for you. That reflects the kind of business person Jacki is, she cares about her clients. I have even started to take Pilates at the spa from Samantha Palmer and love it.

Not only can you get facials here but you can also do pilates! The pilates section has really grown over the years with more equipment, and Samantha is one of the best certified instructors in town! Her background in ballet really shows when you have a private with her, and she is very personable!

Don’t get me wrong the facials are amazing! However, word to the wise, DO NOT purchase gift certificates here. If the certificate expires they do not abide by CA State law and honor it, hence the 1 star. It’s not worth my time to pursue and I will not be returning.

Jackie is an excellent esthetician, is very knowledgeable & specific when it comes to individual skin. 3 of my friends went in to see her & each of us were given very different ‘facials’ according to our skin type. She also didn’t push any product line & was adamant on the importance of home skin care. Once a month is what she suggests and Definitely worth every penny spent here.
