I moved to Bakersfield in 2003 from Sacramento Area. I was reading Forbes magazine, when I saw a small business paragraph which was listing the top 5 cities in the United States to start a business. Bakersfield was number 4 on the list. So the rest is history! I moved started Gregg’s Window Cleaning and Services.
