LOOOOVE our patio! Everyone we have been dealing with has been good. It did take a couple times to actually hear back from someone but after we did it’s been good. Heard about them from a friend that had her patio done through them too. They do have a great showroom both in door and out door (they only took us to the in door one though). They only bad thing I will say is that their showroom/office is hard to find. It took us like 10 minutes to figure it out. They are inside of the same building as another company.

Sam was very good at our first contact. We wanted rain gutters and the two installers, Manuel and Arturo, listened to what we needed and discussed options with us. The final product was completed in half a day, yesterday, and was exactly what we wanted and needed. They look great!
Our only issue was, when we called the office, we had to leave a message and wait for a return call. This was discouraging because a couple of times we needed to tell them we needed to change the installation date and the time to do so was short. My husband finally went to their office to reach them the second day of waiting. Sam gave us two samples to bring home, which helped us make our color decision.
Conclusion: Sam and the installers were wonderful, but the office needs more staff, hence four stars not five.

We had a patio installed back in March. At first we were pretty happy with the way it turned out. We were given a great price and customer service was good. We mainly delt with Sam who was really nice. We were promised to have our permit in hand within 2 weeks after the installation. Well, here we are almost 5 months later and still no permit. Both my husband and I have called about 6 different times to inquire about the permit. All 6 times we have been promised to have our permit mailed to us the next day by Britney. We have asked to speak to the manager and we have just been transferred to Sam. They do not return calls as promised either. At this point, If we do not have our permit within a week, we will definitely be filing a complaint with the city and pursuing a law suit or something.
