The best in town for skin care. The staff & Dr. Bentz are so warm & friendly. What I especially like is the fact that Dr. Bentz takes the time to talk to you about your skin treatments and goes over a plan for improving your skin long term (very affordable too). I love her honesty, she «gets real» and doesn’t always tell you what you want to hear but says what you need to hear regarding your skin and preventing the aging process. Since I’ve been seeing Dr. Bentz my skin has improved dramatically, I am proud to say I am 51 yrs old but thanks to Dr. Bentz I don’t look it.

100% best place in Kern County for skin care. Won’t mention the other 5 places I’ve been prior to Second Spring. I love that it is a private office, there is no wait time and the owners are AMAZING. When you make an appointment you receive one on one care by the owners themselves. I am 43 years old and also a Bakersfield Business Woman. My appearance is very important to me. I’ve been going to Second Spring Medical Aesthetics for 2 years and have never needed to get a «touch up» due to bad product or watered down botox. I am a local caterer and work in the sun daily. Honestly, I just want my skin to look healthy and young. (I hate this aging thing).
I have had botox, bbl laser to remove sun damage (red & brown spots) from my face and Halo. The Halo took 10 years of aging off my face. My skin was starting to sag in my lower cheek area (jowls) and now its tight again. My results were so impressive that several of my friends had the same procedure done with amazing results. I will never go anywhere else.
