This placed closed back in October 2014. If you have Insurance thru sedanos call the Delano office and they will help you out. I just got off the phone and they were friendly and will schedule you an appointment right away.

Took my car in to be appraised for a possible trade in. Talk about low balling the trade !! This was my 3^rd appraisal and the lowest BY FAR. Incompetent sales and judgmental to boot. I left after 15 minutes. This place is a joke.

The prices aren’t very competitive, and they try and package it together with a «Lifetime Engine Warranty» as long as you bring your car to get it’s oil changed here.
However we found something we liked and got a decent deal on it. We then drive it off the lot and by the time we got home the check engine light came on. That was super dissapointing… We called the owner of Sedano and he said to bring it back down and they would take a look. The next day I bring the car back down and they take a look and fix the problem. I drive it back home again and guess what happened next. The check engine light came on… AGAIN! I called Sedano again and told him he wasn’t going to believe it and he told me to bring it back down.
At this point I was very disappointed with the vehicle that we had been put in and expressed that concern to the manager. He then arranged for us to get a different vehicle that we had our eye on. We exchanged the other vehicle for this new one and everything has worked great with it ever since. Going on 2 years owning the car and just recently had some engine problems with it, but since we don’t take it to Sedano for oil changes I took care of it myself.
The manager was a pretty good guy and was understanding. We had a good experience.

the front guy is a fast talker, which I didn’t trust at first… but I’ve been happy with their work. They’ve given me sound advice and fair prices. I’ll be going back.
