I love Kristal! She does a great job and there’s never been a wait longer than 2 minutes! They know how to schedule! Her mom, Dawn, works the front and is a rock star as well! Love this place! I’ve recommended her to many people and I almost don’t want to leave this review because I don’t want her to get too busy but she deserves the business. She’s THAT good!

I recently started seeing Dr Shropshire due to pregnancy induced sciatica and upper back pain. I got in to my initial appointment very quickly, and she was very kind, patient and thorough. The office is beautiful and clean. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to see Dr Shropshire and they have never been over booked. Dawn, who works in the front office, is very sweet and accommodating. I often see Dr Shropshire in the front office as well, and if Dawn is on the phone with a patient or speaking with one in person, and another patient calls or needs an appointment scheduled before leaving, the Dr will answer the phone or schedule the appointment herself. It is obvious customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to this Dr and her staff. My sciatica was gone within a handful of visits, and my upper back pain greatly improved. If I ever need chiropractic care again, I would not hesitate to come back here, and I will refer everyone I know to Dr Shropshire!

I am a visitor to Bakersfield and anticipated before arriving that I was going to need an adjustment. An old friend recommended Dr. Shropshire. Could not have been more pleased with the experience. The very helpful staff got me in on short-​notice before a long holiday weekend. The massage therapist was very attentive to an acute pain I was experiencing. Dr. Shropshire did a very thorough initial history and assessment, then explained everything she was going to do and why. Following a very good adjustment, she demonstrated some stretching exercises to help relieve the problem area and then had me go through them to make sure I was going them correctly.
I could not recommend this office more highly.
