History

Established in 2005.

Established January 1, 2005 to offer mobile notary services to the San Francisco Bay Area. I am in my 11^th year of providing these services to Hospitals, Rehabilitation Centers, Nursing Homes, Business Executives, Doctor’s, Lawyers and the general public. I have re-​located my business to serve the Bakersfield community since November 2012.

I am 67 years old. Married to my beautiful and loving wife, Catherine. Catherine and I have 2 sons, Brandon 18 and Nicholas 17 years old. I have 4 other children from 2 previous marriages: Roscoe James 47, John Victor 46, Marcela Mary Julia 44 and Kortney Marie 40 years old. I am a United States Army brat. I grew up in the 1950’s and 1960’s.

I have been blessed with a strong and healthy family. My career in banking and finance started in 1970 and I retired in 2004 for medical reasons. I established «Sibley’s Mobile Notary Services» in January 2005.
