I was renting a room to tenants that did not clean out their A/​C filter. The dirty A/​C that back-​flowed water into a rented room and caused mold to start growing. The tenants covered the moldy area with bags that trapped the moisture. .. long story short, the Ramirez men came in, gave me an estimate, and did an excellent job when I hired them.
I was concerned that the moisture had gone into the walls and wanted the whole section complete. They were honest in telling me that the mold was contained to the painted surface and considerate enough to open a small section to show that the drywall was intact. They arrived on time, finished the quickly, honesty, and efficiently.
