Went in for a cleaning and exam on my first visit, but never got the cleaning. Instead was asked if I wanted to fix my gums (so I can improve the appearance of my smile) and was told I have three cavities. Was also asked if I wanted braces. It felt more like talking to a salesman than someone who truly cared for my health. Will not be returning. Didn’t even get a goodbye when I left.

I can’t even get the words out of my head I’m still so angry. I was scheduled to get my wisdom teeth out. I got the days off my work and had a friend come over to help me recover. The day before my appointment they called me asking if I can reschedule. I told them no coz my days are already set from work and recovery. The next day I come in the receptionist said with a smirk, «oh you’re late (like talking to a baby) you missed your appointment.» Then she continued to stare at her computer like nothing had happened. I remained calm till she started with her unprofessional attitude. My body was shaking from anger. I was feeling like a fool with the man behind the desk laughing. So I showed her the appointment card with date and time, isn’t this your hand writing?” She said we can reschedule you but it won’t be till about two weeks! I left and got a call back apologizing and trying to offer me a deal. I said heck no never will I come back and I btw I will tell people about this expirience. The person that was trying to call me was the same person who was at front desk an not to mention the manager. Cleaning was so short I didn’t feel they got it all cleaned. They offered no water to wash and spit.
