Not a great plant selection. Every Home depot has a outdoor manager in charge of ordering plants… this one not great. Dirty store inside. And bad customer service

This Home Depot is nowhere near my house, but I do occasionally visit when my local store is out of a particular item. On this latest visit, I was here looking for lighting fixtures my local store had out of stock. I wasn’t in the store more than a minute(literally under sixty seconds) before an employee, Tom, offered to help me find what I was looking for. Could I have found them by myself? Probably, but it would certainly have taken me a few extra minutes as he knew right where to find them. Not only did he walk me to the correct aisle, but he actually found the items on the shelf and handed them to me. And all with a cheerful smile on his face. Now that is service. The lines were short, so I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Quite a bonus as I had to drive back across town and get back to work on my summer projects. Home Depot carries a wide variety of things the average homeowner will need to complete all their remodeling projects, as well as supplies for contractors and other professionals, too. If Home Depot doesn’t have it, there is a good chance you don’t really need it to get the job done.

Just got back from myy first time at this Home Depot location, and I was reminded why I always go to Lowe’s. The only good thing I have to say about this visit is the man that helped me in the tool section, he was very helpful. Now, let’s start off with electrical service helper. All I needed was a conduit reamer, and he was helping somebody else who had a million questions, so I asked where I could find it, and he pointed me to the end of the aisle, and of course, it wasn’t there. So I asked customer service, and this black girl was yelling«ALLTHECONDUITISRIGHTTHEREINFRONTOFYOU!» She was the worst of the bunch. Nobody else wanted to help me. And finally, my wife was looking for a barbecue, and a man was also very rude to her. All in all I will never come back here, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

What can I say? It’s Home Depot. Building supplies for a low price. The store is clean. Staff are helpful. Could use a better selection in the garden department. The hours are good and they keep the store clean. Hardware and tools have a great selection. The biggest problem is that the staff aren’t in the isles helping customers. In a place like this customers need help constantly and shouldn’t have to go looking all over the store for someone or stand in line just to get help from the one employee that ventured out from wherever they hide. If staffing is too low, then management needs to consider hiring more before all the regular customers move on to another store.

Ok it’s not cool that you closed garden before 8. Lady at the garden said, «you guys are gonna have to go checkout at the front. I’m closed.» I only had one plant I wanted to buy. I have the receipt that will show It was before 8pm. It is 8:01pm now. I had enough r time to walk to the other end at the self checkout. Pay for my plant and write the review. This sucks and what’s worst is that employees probably won’t care. But if it helps to have my rating to correct their mistake then by all means here’s your review.

Very poor costumer service. Went to exchange a defected item and was told they would not take it back or exchange it because they stop carrying that item. They still carried the brand and had something that was almost the same. I shop at this store a lot but will not be going back again.

There service hasn’t been impressive. I went in looking for good paint brushes and have someone explain the differences between brushes, quality, price and brand. I bought an economy brush a few days prior at Lowe’s and noticed the Poor quality it was and knew i needed some guidance on a better brush, minus the streaks. I went straight to the paint department and saw there was only one employee, when he noticed people were in the department he bolted. I found another employee, who looked as if he was chatting with his buddys, flagged him down to state that i needed assistance when he was done. He walked to the miniscule of paint brushes and said, «you can use any.» Picked a brush up and stated it was fine for my cabinets. I asked for him to explain the difference and he stated they’re all pretty much the same. With that i said thank you, he returned to his friend and i left and returned to Lowe’s, where i had an associate explain the difference and recommendations for what i was doing. I would not recommend this Home Depot, poor service and lack of knowledge. Save yourself the hassle and drive half a mile down the hill to Lowe’s for better assistance.

I was looking for some rope all the employees just walk around and act like they are there to help you. Long behold I ask two guys to help me and they said there were more people waiting for help. I was the only person there. I will no longer shop at Home Depot. Worst costumer service ever! LOWESYOUHAVE A NEWCUSTOMER!

Have been happy here when we go for supplies but there was a customer service scenario that my husband can’t see to let go of and won’t return. We have a toddler and are very protective of him when in stores like this because we know how dangerous they can be to a wondering child. When I was browsing my husband was keeping the toddler busy. He got excited about a little mop bucket and let him flip the handle back and forth because as you know sometimes little things like that are all you need to prevent a melt down. An employee came up and without even acknowledging dad who was standing right there verbally chewed out the small child, ripped the bucket from his hands and walked away. My husband was dumbfounded and furious and won’t return. Mess with us but don’t mess with our kids. I hate to knock a place because of one employee experience but it was in such a bad impact.

Plumbing guys are very helpful and always around when I need them. Most other departments you are usually on your own unless you go track someone down but I dont mind. Always find it eventually…

Great service from Tom in Plumbing! Had to take care of several issues at the house, connecting a new dishwasher(never again!) and repairing several broken sprinkler heads. Tom took the time to understand what I needed and to make very intelligent recommendations. Thank you! Sadly, this is not the case for most of the other staff who is largely disconnected from the customer service experience. Everyone is pleasant enough but few have the knowledge level as Tom does. David P. S. When asked to speak to the manager I was told that he/she was unavailable and after expressing my positive experience I was told«Wow?! We never get those». And that I should go to the web-site on the bottom of my receipt to make my comments.
