Walked around for 20 min without anybody asking me for help. The 3 salesman were talking amongst themselves in the parking lot with no other customers in the entire store… my car was the only car in the parking lot. Selection was okay at best. One worker finally walked by, on his way to do something else and was just happened to be passing by me, finally asked if I needed any help. I expressed my disappointment of being ignored. He wasn’t rude or anything but I don’t think he cared. Indifferent. Apathetic. Of course, the young guy I talked to might just have been a lot attendant and not a sales guy. No harm, no foul… but certainly no sale.

Thank you Valley Cycle for not approaching me and my friend as we looked around to purchase TWO bikes. Only one person acknowledged us, she was sitting at a desk but nobody else said anything beyond that. There were about 3 or four employees talking to each other in a couple different groups and one or two walking around. We sat on a few bikes, looked around, waited for about 10 minutes and walked out. Again, nothing. So we just bought a GSX-​R 600 and Vulcan S from Fred Cummings, where they appreciate potential customers. Not to mention a very weak array of bikes.

Had to fix my bike after my trip to death Valley, the staff was courteous, professional and delivered the fix on time. Was back online the road in no time.

Worst service department I’ve ever worked with. They literally ruined my RZR after trying to fix a simple recall issue. I’m very surprised they are still in business. There are 3 Polaris dealers within two hours. Make the drive, trust me.
This service department should get a negative 5 stars.

Customer service lacking! I was in there 30 Jan looking at the Victory motorcycles and a salesman ask another gentleman if he needed any help, he said no his bike was in for servicing. I wasn’t far away and no Hello or can I help you! I am a new Victory Magnum owner that I purchased in Goleta. I came all the way out there to see there showroom and also buy some merchandise. Sad very sad… the one thing that can hurt your business is not interacting with ALL your customers that come to your place of business.

Can we give 0 stars?! Terrible customer service. Took days longer for tire change than they originally said. Caused damage to bike while in their care. Noticed damage once home & immediately contacted them. They refused to do anything about the damage they caused! Will not be going back & would suggest others go elsewhere!

Stay clear of the service department. I walked away from this place amazed at the level of incompetence. So bad you can’t even get mad. Just shake your head and move on.

I called to make an appointment to have tires mounted on my GSA. To my surprise they told me they would not mount my tires because I did not buy them there. REALLY! I’m a customer that buys all my service parts from them and a motorcycle or two… Thanks for all the help! I’ll go some place that wants my money.

Wow absolutely no Customer Service. Walked around and looked at every bike in the shop. Not one employee came up to me to even say «Hi» or «welcome let me know if there is anything you need. «I was coming in to check out the Victory bikes. Maybe another day and time. Headed to other shops now. HD here I come.

Today, these guys saved my life. So I ride my BMW 1100 GS to a court appearance in Shafter only to find out, mid-​way, my front tire is completely worn on one side. I can see the white thread weaving inside the tire. That’s bad.
I look for the nearest motorcycle shop, and they popup. I ride there, and explain that I only have an hour and a half to get to court, which is still about 20 miles away. It’s now lunch time, but they agree to help. They change the tire in record time and I make it to my court appearance.
At the Shafter Court, the judge dismisses the case against my client for allegedly driving 107 MPH.

Service dept is good sale dept is very good but the stock of items could be better why no scooters? Yamaha makes a awesome Zuma 125 and 50 cc motors and the Yamaha Vino but they are no where to be found here Whats the deal

Each time I venture into the shop I am greeted warmly and find it very easy to scope out my favorite bike and sit on it without being pressured by salespeople.

Last Saturday I found myself with my R1200GS disabled (throttle position sensor broken off — don’t ask how this happened…) on highway 395 in Independence, more than 400 miles from home and far from any motorcycle repair shop. Calling around confirmed that I needed to get the bike to an authorized BMW dealership to get a new sensor installed and calibrated on specialized equipment. I called Valley Cycle BMW, being the closest dealership, and was promised that if I could get my bike to them before closing at 5pm, they would see that they would have the part installed and calibrated right away, so that I could make it home on my own. I managed to get the bike towed and barely made it to Valley Cycle before closing. They had a technician waiting for me, actually pulled a sensor of a brand-​new bike since there wasn’t one in stock, installed it on my GS, calibrated it, and had my bike running just before they closed for the weekend.
To make things better, they only charged me for the actual part (still at the rather steep BMW prices, but comparable to the going rate at other BMW dealers), and didn’t charge me at all for the labor. All in all, I was back out and running within about 30 minutes and made it home on my own as promised. One of my best ever service experiences, at a highly recommended and professional motorcycle service department that doesn’t just talk about customer satisfaction, but knows what it takes to achieve it.
