The Ezold Law Firm, P.C. was founded by Nancy O’Mara Ezold, Esq. in 1993 as an employment law and litigation boutique. Since that time, the firm has grown to seven lawyers and focuses its practice in employment law, business and corporate law and health care law, acting as attorneys, advisors and counselors to its clients, as well as representing its clients in transactional and litigation matters.

The Ezold Law Firrn, P.C. has a unique perspective on bringing employment claims on behalf of employees. In 1989, the firm founder, Nancy O’Mara Ezold, was the first woman to bring to trial a claim against a law firm for sex discrimination in the denial of partnership (Ezold vs. Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen). Ms. Ezold gained national and international exposure as a result of the case, appearing on 20⁄20 and other television and radio programs as well as in print media. As a result, the firm is intimately aware of the benefits, costs and risks of bringing an employment claim. We are able to advise and represent our employment clients with respect to practical actions that can be taken to resolve their claims without bringing a lawsuit, and provide them with strong representation in court if a lawsuit is warranted.
