I hate this place so much. Every time I’ve been forced to come it’s at least an hour wait to be told something stupid. So irritated by them. I’m pretty convinced all the positive reviews here are by them. I’ve officially cancel my policy with them, thank god.

Glad that I went to the BEST place to get a car insurance. Don’t be fooled by other reviews because it’s a lot better if you experience it to yourself. Thank God I found them because I’ve been searching other places locally but their prices quote were so expensive compared to them. Myrna was so helpful on everything. From the coverage of the insurance up to how much discount you will get. Plus Mike was the MAN! He made sure that I get what I need and the price that I need for my car insurance. I guaranteed this place to be my first option for car and life insurance. I am seriously going to refer some more people for them because of their AWESOME customer service.

Horrible place! Don’t recommend at all! The secretaries working there are rude and helpless, they can hardly speak English therefore their no help. ESPECIALLY THAT LADY MIRNA ALWAYS WEARING UNPROFESSIONAL CLOTHING plus she can’t answer any questions she just repeats herself. I change to State Farm and I more than happy with them, it’s way cheaper then what I was paying here and the MOST IMPORTANT THING THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CLIENTS.

Worst service ever!!! They do not care about you or your vehicle all they want is your money! No one knows how to follow up with a case and make you feel like «YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS». I regret choosing ALL STATE and I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

They are friendly here, but I don’t think they are geared towards English speaking people. The service is slow. I was constantly frustrated while I was here. I went to State Farm in an English speaking city. And I’m happy.

I dont know why people gave this place 1 star. I definately cannot complain. Ever since day 1, i was treated the way I like to be treated at any place. This place has great customer service, they give u accurate quotes and they dont lie. Plus they are very fast. Alejandra is ine happy and helpful person. If u do go there ask for her. :)

Very poor customer service!!! They’ll put you on hold for minutes again and again! Don’t get your insurance here! The secretary here seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing and can’t even understand english well. Other insurance company agents will talk to you on the phone and be there talking to you unlike this one, they’re going to ask you to pls hold again and again! For what?! Stay out of this company!
