I put a 1 star because they don’t have a 0. We went over their at first because it was cheap. Also, we live in Ontario, CA and went to Baldwin Park, just to go to that store. We went to buy an Alternator for our 1998 Toyota Rav 4. When we got their, their was a line in the store. As we are up to order. The employee told us that this product has a 1 year Warranty, BUT THATS A BUNCH OF LIES!!! We got back home and installed the alternator to the car and it didn’t work. My dad took to his one of his buddies to check what’s wrong and where he bought it, his buddy told him that that place out FAKES!!! My dad’s mechanic had experience from that store and never returned back. Everything they have is used and they re-​paint all their products and sell it like it was new. My dad found out in his receipt that he can’t get a refund from his product but the employee says he can. So we don’t know now. My dad contacted them at 8:30 in the morning, when they open at 8am. They never answered, they left my dad on hold for 30 minutes and never answered.
So everyone. Don’t go their. It’s a trap and they lie to you.
BEWARE!!!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and always a bad experience. If you buy online it takes the same time as waiting in line only because they don’t have a dedicated person to take returns and online orders. Expect to wait more than an hour for anything and always get attitude from the clerks that seem like they hate their jobs. I waited 40 mins to get told my core couldn’t be returned and also got skipped in line because the clerk wanted to take the other people in line, the same line I had been waiting for longer than them and he had the audacity to demand me to wait when told I him no, and set the core on the table he pushed it back and I then waited for the next clerk another 15 mins to get told my core wasn’t returnable which was fine but the service was not. WILL NOT BE RETURNING, and will advise all others to spend a bit more money elsewhere

Ever since they took out the rude people its better… just parking and lines are real bad around after school times

All I can say is this place can’t be beat wholesale prices and even cheaper prices when you order them online and pick them up at their store. there are sometimes a waiting line but I’ve always found it faster just to purchase the item online and pick it up the next day, Because they have a separate line for online order pickups.
Keep your receipt because they offer a lifetime warranty on some parts.

Been shopping at this place for years now. NEVER had a problem with any part I’ve purchased. Lines do get a bit long but hey I rather wait than spend double the price somewhere else.

I called in advance to get prices and and make sue they parts were in stock. I got there and yes there was a line and a wait for but for the prices they have its worth the wait. I got everything i needed for less then half of what other places wanted to charge. Lots of guys working behind the counter so its not like you are waiting for one person to help you. Parking here is easy, good size lot. Check them out.

I always find auto parts here for cheap. I rarely have had any issues the handful of times I have been here.
The only inconveniences are the lines (be prepared to wait) and the parking (overcrowded and small parking lot).
In fact, it is such a hassle to come here that if I will only save about $ 20 on a part, I don’t even bother. I will make the effort for $ 40, $ 50 and such savings over what my mechanic is offering.
They really should get a bigger place with better parking and hire more employees to deal with customers. I have no doubt that if they do this without raising prices they will get a lot more business!

Do you want good prices on a quality product or do you want good customer service? Because you can’t have both. Admittedly their customer service is garbage but I’m not here for someone to hold my hand. I’m here for the price.

I called to verify an item was in stock. The guy over the phone confirms and tells me to purchase the item online and further explains that my husband can pick it up, in my absence, as long as he shows a picture of my Drivers license. So, I send my husband with a picture of my Drivers license (as requested) and they DO NOT let him pick it up. Why? Apparently now they want a picture of my credit card. So, I called and talked to the manager (Mark) who transfers me to some guy named Pi who assures me he’ll help my husband. I send my husband back and they ask for my credit card AGAIN. Seriously, who would send ANYONE a picture of their credit card? That’s just ridiculous and asking for your information to be stolen. Had I known, I would have taken my business somewhere else. They need to explain there policies better but 3 stars for their good prices.

A friend recommended this auto part warehouse to me and I’ve gone here twice with great satisfaction. Just a reminder to always keep your receipts in a safe place because they do offer lifetime warranty on any parts you purchase.
One downside is customer service. The people that are usually working the front counter seem like they don’t enjoy working there and get annoyed very easily. I understand since it was pretty busy the times I’ve gone and the type of people they had to deal with especially since it was early in the morning.
Another downside is parking. It’s just small. They should find another location to open up the warehouse since they’re mostly busy and have flooded parking all the time.
I’ve purchased wheel bearings, wheel hubs, bushings, brake pads, rotors. It’s almost been a year since I’ve been running with their product and I relatively drive like a mother f*cker. For being cheap, these parts hold up very nicely. Just keep in mind, there are some parts that you shouldn’t cheap on. These are just temporary cheap but good standrd parts to keep the car running in shape until I have enough mula to spend on quality parts.
Overall, this place is alright. I would cheap out on certain parts I know that shouldn’t cost more than an arm or leg. However this isn’t the place to go to if you’re impatient, and anal about quality. I would go here just to find a TEMPORARY replacement part for my car.
Moral of the review: «You get what you pay for.» :)
Complaints: I’ve had one issue with this place when I first came here. I have ordered the wrong set of brake pads for my car and wanted to return it for the correct one that fits my car. I was helped by a teenage girl with green eyes. I told her I have ordered the wrong brake pads and I have taken note that each product has a part number on them. Earlier, I found the correct part number I was suppose to purchase. So I gave her the item I wanted to refund so I can get the correct item. I told her I’m looking for this part (showed her the correct part number) and she compared both parts and told me it was the same. I was like WTF, no they’re not. So I asked to purchase the correct item and went on home to install them and guess what? THEY F*CKING FIT PERFECTLY. Same parts my ass, females really don’t know anything when it comes to automotive even when there’s a part number on the product itself. Smh.

The bald guys was very rude here. I only like the older guy with glasses very nice. But it’s just horrible everyone hates working here I guess

The prices are so low because they carry the cheapest brands from the large autopart stores and even off brands you’ve never heard of
The employees here DO NOT CARE if you get the wrong parts, they just want to get rid of the line
Came here because I heard they had prices close to rock auto without the wait for shipping.
I picked up a timing tensioner and two motor mounts for a good price.
Took the parts home to install then, after installing the tensioner I realized it was just as bad as the one I was replacing, and one of the motor mounts they gave me was wrong (my original mount was destroyed beyond recognition, so I had no reference)
So after a second trip I had the right tensioner but they gave me the wrong motor mount again, I went back again and they finally got me the right motor mount, except this time the threads on the mount were completely damaged and couldn’t be used. At this point I’m pissed off because these guys are single handedly postponing my project. So now the 4^th time I’m going in for the same part I ask for a refund, the guy tells me I need to have a receipt showing I bought the part somewhere else before they can refund me, and that’s just a BS policy.
Finally got the right part but it shouldn’t take 4 trips
This place wasted a lot of my time, I would have rather paid full price somewhere else that go through this hassle again
2^nd trip to this place I went to get a rack and pinion for a friends honda I was working on, Online description said NEW, when I got the part, it was obviously not new, it was a rebuild part spray painted black. For only $ 40 I could have bought a brand new rack and pinion at autozone with a lifetime warranty. Then when I went to return the core, they didn’t want to take it back, it took a lot of arguing to finally get my core deposit back
I’m never coming back here
Customer service is a joke here, didn’t receive a single apology for having to make so many trips back to finally get the right part.
All the parts are crap, and many are falsely advertised as new, they get rebuild parts from the shops in the back.

Heard about this place from a couple of my friends who are mechanics and they often buy car parts here at this place.
I never thought I would need to buy a part for my car and now that I had to, I decided to come to this place.
Let me tell you from the start the line was big and when there is a big line and lots of people it’s for two reasons,
1) great prices and 2) good quality.
My car is back to normal, I was happy with the quality of the part and the price, best of all I was able to place my order online and pick it up in person that same day and saved my self the shipping cost.

Excellent place to get car parts for any car you need I will always come here and I love their lifetime warranty on all their parts that they sell me

Today was the THIRD & FINAL TIME that the grouchy employees sold me the wrong part. The first time I was given an air filter and luckily realized it was the wrong size before I left. The second time I needed to replace my radiator and realized it wouldn’t even fit my car when I got home, luckily they had the correct one when I went back to complain. And the third time when they sold me a starter, which again, didn’t even fit my vehicle. I brought it back and told the grouch at the counter that I was given the wrong part. He tried to make it sound like It was my fault and tried smashing it into my car. He was hesitant about giving me a refund. Oh and another thing, they NEVER even bring up the fact that the majority of their parts are already used or damaged items, yet rebuilt and sprayed to look nice, shiny and new. This place may be cheap, but from now on, I’d rather cough up the extra dough and buy BRAND NEW, brand name products from Autozone or O’Reilly. Buyer beware.

Thank God, there is only one person in front of me, I have read how the lines are in saintly long, I would of been the first one in line but it is my first time here and I didn’t kno which line to go in! They have like 4 or 5 different lines! Now I kno for next time, they have everything here! Let’s see what I need next, hopefully nothing 4 a while!

This place deserves «4» stars only for prices which major retailer can not compete with in this area. I have bought many parts here. It gets overall one star for bad customer service and long lines that occurs always; but, after today, i personally am not shopping here again. If someone swears while talking to me and mocks me as a customer, i wont do business with them. I didn’t take it personally. Just walked away after paying; but, before i left i grabbed the guys attention and wished him a «Marry Christmas». Sad. Remember, also, you get what you pay for!

They sold me a defective radiator for my toyota camry, they would not exhange it, lost my money, went to autozone bought one that worked, also had a warranty. Their service was good but not their parts. shame on the owners

WARNING: Place sells cheap parts that can be defective before you even purchase it!
I bought an Ignition Distributor where the pins were already cracked and broken! The mechanism did not spin either so the whole unit was already defective from the beginning. Not only did they deny me a refund, they blamed me for breaking it saying you broke it. «Mark» said he was the store owner, but his confirmation through an online order was named after «Casey.» So I’m thinking he lied about his name so he can’t be written down for a complaint. But that’s not the point either way, customer service was terrible, slow lines (he was sluggish and not moving fast to get rid of the huge line either), and they sold me a broken distributor for $ 125. Talk about a scam.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT FAKE CHEAP PARTS (NO NAME BRAND, NO WARRANTY, NO REFUNDS, NO SERVICES!)
I took my chances on cheaping out; never again.
