My aunt sent a fruit basket from them, but when she saw the picture we sent her, she was not happy at all. Apparently they had ripped her off and sent a cheaper basket than the one she paid for.
So, they agreed to send a new one. About two days later I’m startled by someone furiously ringing the doorbell. I mean literally nonstop for a whole minute. Of course it was their delivery man, who basically didn’t care about how rude he was.
Oh, and the new basket was exactly the same. In fact, the basket was actually shorter and smaller. I would give 0 stars if I could.

About the fruit: 1^st basket — the grapes were very dirty and had a white residue on them. The oranges had some bruises and discoloration. Besides that, everything else was just okay.
2^nd basket — basically everything was very underripe.

I came in yesterday for mothers day and got a beautiful arrangement and some balloons. everything was beautiful, first I went online to their website and saw the arrangement I wanted and of course if you go on mothers day they aren’t going to have something you want. but I was very happy when they said they would be able to make one for me. and in a matter of about 5 minutes I had the arrangement and bought a couple of balloons on the way out.
the reason they lose a star is because I was walking back to my car and one of the balloons was not tied at the top very well and it disappeared. into the sky

I had ordered a bouquet of roses to be delivered to my wife. The lady on the phone said that they were having a sale of $ 40 for the roses so I said okay, giving her my information and my wife’s I ask how much did you say the price was again? Just to double check she hesitated and said the price is on the digital receipt which you will receive in you email. I take a look after she hangs up and the price was $ 72. Disappointed. Next day my wife receives the roses and the little note that came with it. It didn’t even say what I wanted the writing was very shitty. Looked like a 4 year old wrote it. It read «and I’m sorry for hurry.» What the fuck is that supposed to mean?! I posted the photo to show. Horrible service.

I have always loved their flowers. The service is great and the quality of flowers are great. This is the only flower shop I got to. Inexpensive and great quality.

I received flowers for my birthday from my mother. They weren’t the same arrangement that she had ordered. The flowers themselves are horrible quality. The arrangement was bad. The balloons were droopy when they delivered them, and the attached card was practically illegible. Terrible… Terrible… Terrible!

The ugliest arrangements ever !! I’ve received 2 bouquets from my boyfriend to my work and I was just embarrassed how ugly they are and full of carnations (2 dozen carnations and 3 roses) wtf it looked 5 dollars when he paid over 50. He had no idea

I’ve never been so disappointed!!!
So… I ordered an arrangement and spoke with the owner. I gave her a picture of an arrangement to specifically follow and she kept saying «yes, yes, I can copy it». The arrangement that i wanted had 95% of roses BUT, upon picking up the arrangement from this disappointing shop, there were 15% of roses and the rest were carnations and Lillie’s!
I paid a lot for this ridiculous arrangement and it looks like a mess.
Flowers are not of good quality and arrangements look like my 7 year old could’ve followed.
DO NOT GO HERE otherwise you’ll regret it like the other reviews on Unilocal

This place has terrible quality flowers! I ordered an arrangement called «yellow fellow» for my mom through teleflora which used this shop and my mom received a pink arrangement of wilted flowers! It was terrible! Never will I ever use this florist again!!!

The flower shop owner is such a nice lady, The flower type that I wanted was not available so she offered me another type that is even better! She was extremely nice to make the price nice and the arrangements are stunning. She is very professional and understands special occasion gifts. It was my 1^st visit but I am extremely pleased and will definitely visit here again soon: D~~~~

anyway, it was one random day that nothing seemed going to happen.
I walked out the door as usual, look around, no suspect in sight !!!
and what??? there was a pretty flower bouquet sitting at the corner…
hmmm…it must be sent to the wrong door… I wondered…
The flowers were so fresh and the arrangement was beautiful. The colors were vivid in the warm January afternoon sunlight. For the first time I started to appreciate why the world needs flowers. ugh. I actually did not know what the names of those flowers besides rose… so just check my photos: P
Oh and it did put lot of smiles on my face:)
When picking up flower delivery service, be very very careful…
Here’s my friend’s sad story about flower delivery…
we all know that its the thought that count…
BUT…
I still remember those sad looking flowers with a cheap teddy bear and vast my friend received… It totally looked different than their online picture !!!
(my best friend’s oversea lover wanted to give her a surprise on Valentine’s Day, so I helped him order some flower at
which came out first when search online).
The flowers looked like been dead for a long time and they shrunk.
We joked that even Costco has better fresher flowers.
That teddy bear did not end to be my dog’s toy…

Received a bouquet in a vase as a gift. An anniversary gift… from my husband, who is in the military and currently deployed overseas. One look at the flowers when they were delivered made me think. 1) Either this flower shop gets no business so they use any flowers they already have that are old or 2) These are pre-​made and obviously it’s been sitting for a few days. Day 2 and the flowers (despite me adding water ever since they arrived) are already wilting and brittle. I’m appalled that a florist would even dare send out flowers that look like they are old. They were beautifully arranged but the quality certainly could have been better!

Came in here for a last minute graduation bouquet and the lady showed me a lei and two different choices of bouquet that she made for other graduates. I didn’t like it very much because it had a variety of flowers in different colors. So I told her my dress is coral color and I like yellow and orange fused flowers. She nodded her head and said okay I can do that. She didn’t ask for tax and we paid in full ($ 40). She was so happy that she said she’ll make it extra pretty for me. I would definitely come back to buy flowers from her next time I need a bouquet!

Been getting my flowers here for my high school dances and date nights ;) I recommend coming in before 2pm because the florist (Asian/​french lady) is knowledgable and skilled at this craft.

I’ve been buying my flowers here for years… every single time service is outstanding and so are the flowers. they are always fresh and arrangements are always beautiful.
The owner is always helpful and obliging.
This is my go to florist, seriously if recipient is within 20 – 25 miles of BP florist, this is where they are getting their flowers from, I rather pay delivery charge for an awesome bouquet then get some cheap flowers from on-​line site.
If you’re in need of great beautiful flowers and in the area or not (call her and she’ll send out a great arrangement) this is the place to come.

I’m very happy with this flower shop due to one of the florist named Nun (asian) lady. She is a very professional florist and gifted skills who made beautiful arrangements for me. The only Small problem I had here was the management/​owner who are not knowledgable in flowers and arranging flowers period. A simple reminder please hire more skilled florist like Nun and you will get 5 stars.

After years of being dissatisfied with buying flowers online and unsure whether they would be delivered in a box or vase, I decided to contact a local florist near my mother-in-law’s house. I also wanted to talk to the florist and let them know what I wanted instead of finding out what they did after the delivery. I talked to a lady there and told her all my past disappointments in flower buying. She sympathized with me and told me that she would take care of it. Actually in a span of a week, she called me when she received the flowers I wanted and another time to tell me the recipient wasn’t home and what to do afterwards. Basically, I had good communication with the florist throughout the whole delivery process. I ordered a dozen hot pink roses for Mother’s Day, with instructions to add a lot of filler, to make it full, just pretty. When I went to visit her on Mother’s Day, the flower arrangement was beautiful — long stemmed roses, a very full and tall bouquet (included small colored flowers not only babys breath). This was the prettiest bouquet I must have bought in my years of flower buying! Will I order from them again? YES of course I will, for every Mother’s Day at least. :)
BTW, I went through the same process for buying flowers for my own mother and ordered the same bouquet from a local florist in her area (my mom and mother-​in-​law live 60 miles apart). Unfortunately, her bouquet didn’t come out as nice. When I find the company name, I will review them here too! So, now I will need to find another florist in her area, hopefully just as good as Baldwin Park’s.
