Easy Disc

Don’t EVER use these guys. After a month of no activity (no replies to emails, phone calls, etc) 5 files were to be burned. I got the dvd’s and 4 were missing, some discs were blank, and the one file they DID include was fuzzy and pixelated. This is AFTER I was told twice that all files were fine.
Update ¹⁄₁₄ I was asked to send a master dvd in (one of the reasons I chose ED was the ability to send the files via drop box.) I spoke with Rocky who advised he would rush this order and I would have it next week. I’ll revise/​update once the new discs are received.
So I did receive the Dvds «rushed» though it was 5 days which they promote on their site. I’m left with a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t use them again. It shouldn’t be this hard to give someone money.

It’s a shame that companies like this continue to operate. Their prices are enticing, however, in my case, attention to detail was poor, and the final product was done incorrectly despite my careful instructions to the technician. I paid extra to have my project reviewed by one of their staff, and I don’t see any evidence this was done. They have not responded to my complaint, which further lowers their credibility. I wish I had consulted Unilocal and other online reviews prior to using them. Pure waste of money.

What a terrible customer experience. Absolutely terrible.
I paid for 2 day production and 2 day delivery. I was told I’d get the package on a given day but it wasn’t delivered that day, nor the following one, OR the day after. I’m still waiting today.
Not only no one ever responded my multiple emails. When calling I always need to wait 25 minutes in line until someone picks up.
There’s no follow up. I find myself explaining the same thing over and over again. Every rep keeps telling me a manager called «Rick» will call me back or email back and that never happens.
I gave them a new address for them to deliver the package to, given that it’s been several days since the deadline I was given, that now no one would be able to receive the package on the original address I submitted. When I call back to check that the new address has been submitted (and after waiting 25 more minutes in line) I’m told that the change has not been made and the package is still scheduled to be delivered to the old address.
No one reached out to Fedex asking to swap the address with the new one I had given them. No one was able to tell me when or where my package would be delivered to.
The customer experience at Easy Disk is embarrassing. This process is exhausting, expensive and wrong.
I paid express production AND express delivery, what for? I’m still waiting for answers.

We had our 12 song cd printed and submitted individually mastered wav files. All of the cd’s had errors on them in the exact same places. Obviously their master they created was garbage. The songs skipped and repeated themselves at the beginning of 9 out of 12 songs. We asked to have them remade and got nowhere after many repeated attempts. We then asked for just the cost of the bulk cd manufacturing refunded and again did not get a response. You get a run around and then hung up on if you try by phone, they never respond to email, they don’t even respond to their so called online complaint form found here (
). They failed to respond to a Better Business Bureau complaint also.
We were forced to have the cd’s manufactured somewhere else. This time we went with a local company (
). We didn’t know how bad easy disc’s printing was until we got the new cd’s. The new cd’s were so much sharper and clearer than what easy disc provided and were completed in less than 5 days with no rush fees and no errors.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PAY THE EXTRA $$ (YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, ACTUALLY WITH THIS COMPANY YOU DON’T EVEN GET THAT)

My company — manager placed an order 3 weeks ago and was told that the DVD would be done in 5 days (it was ONLY 100 dvds) After 5 days they said there was a delay and it was with the «production team» and that it would be done at the beginning of the following week. I have had to sit next to her listening to the multiple calls made to this company and them saying the same thing OVER and OVER it will be done within a day or 2, and someone will call you back THAT never has happened — also I heard one phone conversation where she said isn’t there anything showing how many times I called checking etc, NOPE nothing, it was as if she had never called in before… OMG I cannot believe there is a company like this??? Of course she has already paid… Anyway If I were you I would steer clear of these guys… funny as I type this she just called in again — someone told her last Friday (this is the 3^rd week by the way) it will be done today or tomorrow (mon or tues) she calls in and they say it’s with Production and it will be done by Friday -!!! WTF? she of course wants a refund, she thinks maybe they lost her hard drive at this point… here review is Katya… anyway I just had to say something because I am disgusted. She is currently only hold after asking for a supervisor she has it on speaker and it’s been over 5 mins …

Terribly customer service. My cd’s showed up with a hissing sound. I call everyday and wait on hold for a supervisor, only to get hung up on. Easy Disc owes me a lot of money and has treated me terribly. Please do not order from them.

Unprofessional.
1. I made an order for 100 CD’s. There is no way to view your artwork and how it will look before printing. Received it earlier than expected. Great! The order of my songs were all wrong. Number 2 was 5, Number 4 was 3. Completely wrong so my music made no sense when listening. I Called EasyDisc and expressed what was wrong. I spoke with Andrea. Told me they will redo the project and send it to me at no charge. Said she will call me back in 2 days. 4 days later when I called since she didn’t call me back it was if I never spoken to her before because she had no clue who I was or atlas she pretended. I was told the project was being worked on as we spoke and I will receive a call and email once finalized.
3 days later I called again. Spoke with some other woman and I was told I will get a call back in 2 days. Still, never got a call back. Called again in 2 days and spoke with Andrea again and got the same run around. Finally spoke with a guy by the name of Ray who said he will call back in 2 hours. NEVER GOT A CALL. I received an email from Supervisor Sophia Grey saying they do things based on what the customer request on the order so I sent her screen shots of the order I sent in the order. There were 4 different ways for them to see the order of the songs and they still did it wrong. I called to speak to her and of course she wasn’t there and nobody had an idea of when she will be back in. The story that never ends. I am still currently getting the run around about when my order will be sent and will call my bank to dispute the charges which was successful.
I finally spoke to Leo who redid the CD’s only. He’s the «Manager». He took care of everything and made sure to follow up with me every step of the way. Only downside to this is I have to poly wrap on my own and my fans who have already pre-​ordered the Album has been waiting over a month to get their CD’s after the release date.
Thank you Leo for finally getting in between this to deal with this issue only after I left a bad review.

Bad experience with their call center but Rocky followed up with me and made things up.

I wish I would have read some of the reviews below before I ever thought about placing an order with Easy Disk.
This was my experience.
I placed an order for 200 DVD’s to be made with full color sleeves to be placed in the jackets as well as print on top of each DVD. I sent my order in early in the morning on July 9^th. I get a message that my artwork was uploaded successfully and meets all the requirements. Then I speak with a guy over the phone about sending my file in through dropbox because it is too large to upload to their system.
After I place my order I speak to three different people in their customer service department and they all promise me I will receive my order by the 24^th of July when I need them. When I place the order it tells me that production time will only be five days, so I have plenty of time for shipping to arrive on the 24^th.
A week goes by and I check my account to see if my order had been shipped out. The online account does not show a tracking number for my oder or it’s status.
So I call customer service and ask what the status of my order is? They respond back with it’s in production but you will receive it by the 24^th no problem.
Then a day or so pass and I still do not receive an update on my oder. So I call… and wait. and call and wait… The women I am talking to Sarah keeps telling me she will call me back in an hour or so and give me an update and let me know what is going on with my order because she can’t answer why it hasn’t been shipped out yet.
She never calls me back. Ever.
So she Email’s me and tells me it’s in the audio department. I write back and ask if I will be receiving the order by the 24^th as promised. I never get a response back.
Then I call every day. I talk to Sarah again and again. Every time she say’s she’ll call me back within the hour and let me know what is going on with my order. I Email the management Email on their website. I never get a response back.
I call Sarah back again several times because she never calls me to give me an update. Every time she says «It’s being held up in production,» «the audio department has had some technical difficulties,» and then one day before I am supposed to get my order, «Oh it looks like the master has not been made yet.»
I ask, why the master has not been made yet? Sarah cannot answer my question… but she says she can call me back within the hour and let me know a status update. Which of course does not happen. I call her again…
This time she tells me to call and talk to the manager in the morning. As if I have not spent enough time on the phone with them all week, now I need to call THEM to talk to a manager.
SO I call back the day I should receive the order. My DVD’s have still yet to be made there has been no progress, No manager to speak to.
Sarah tells me to call back on Monday several days after I need my order and then maybe a manager will talk to me if they are available and maybe someone in accounting will refund my order that I have already paid for three weeks ago but never received. Sarah tells me that a manager or someone in accounting will call and talk to me, but it NEVER happens.
The ordeal continues, as the next week they ask me to send out a master DVD to them, because the file that I sent to them electronically didn’t work… but they didn’t have that information for me until the 24^th. I naively send them the DVD thinking if I still get my order then I don’t have to wait forever to get my money back from this company. I send my master dvd, then they send an email to me several days later that the copy I sent them has «cosmetic damages» even thought before I mailed it over night it worked on three different dvd players. So now they are just giving me the run around.
Finally I call back and ask if I can speak to a manager or someone in accounting to process a refund on my oder… no one ever calls. So now I am out of pocket for 200 DVD’s that were never made nor were they delivered. I called one last time to see if they would politely refund my money and Sarah said that she heard back fro her manager and that they will only give me a partial refund… a partial refund that still hasn’t happened, and no one has called me.
This company is not only terrible at customer service they are also fraudulent. BE WARNED!
Moral of the story I would pay 3X more for any company that can deliver better customer service, quality product and deliver on what I order. Easy Disk does none of those things.

The WORST experience possible! This is a SCAM OUTFIT, do NOT do business with this company, their customer service is a cruel joke designed to delay and mislead, they do not provide a quality product, and are unable to complete any order without major unexplained delays, I am going to write off the money and time i wasted here. Unilocal take note: The authentic bad reviews far outnumber the shill good ones. Put them first, where people can actually see them!!!

I was extremely unhappy with the service and product that I received from Easy Disc. I’ll start at the beginning.
I placed an order on ⁵⁄₂₇. I had difficulty uploading some of the files (they ask for files in a variety of formats but the system wouldn’t allow me to upload some of my files in those formats). I got someone on the phone and I was able to dropbox them the files without much trouble. I was told that the order would take about 10 business days plus shipping. At first I received regular updates that it was in the processing stage, but there was no word on when the order would ship. I contacted the company on ⁶⁄₁₀ because my order hadn’t shipped yet and I was told it would be shipped by that Friday, ⁶⁄₁₂.
I contacted them on ⁶⁄₁₅ after I still didn’t receive any information on shipping and was told it would be sent out by the end of the day. On ⁶⁄₁₆ I received an email from the company stating that there was a problem with the audio file and asking me to send another. This was 20 days after placing my initial order and nearly a week after the order was supposed to have originally been shipped. When I was finally able to speak with someone in authority I asked them how it was possible that they went 3 weeks without checking to make sure the audio files had come through properly, since this was a problem that could have been dealt with much earlier in the process. His response was «We don’t check all of the files to make sure that they work.» I couldn’t believe that a company that does CD duplication wouldn’t check to make sure that the files were OK. I also couldn’t believe that I was told twice that the order would be shipped (first on ⁶⁄₁₂ then on ⁶⁄₁₅) and when I was told that the company hadn’t even checked the audio files, let alone actually begun duplicating the CD’s.
I re-​sent in the audio information in a different format. I had to send it twice to make sure they received all of the files. I was told that they would immediately make a master and do the duplication that day and ship it by that evening. I contacted the company later that evening to confirm this was the case. I was unable to speak to anyone other than a call center operator at that point. When I expressed my frustration she told me «The initial audio file you sent us this afternoon wasn’t correct so that slowed down the process.» I then pointed out that they had the original audio files for nearly 3 weeks and had done nothing with them. My error was fixed within a half hour while they sat on the original audio files for 20 days without checking them.
When I spoke to someone on the morning of the 17^th I expressed that I needed to have the CD’s no later than the 18^th due to a show we were playing out of town on the 19^th. I had told them this many times in the previous week and I was told that, if worst came to worst, they would expedite the shipping. When I told the supervisor that this meant they needed to ship them overnight he said that we either had to pay an additional $ 200+ or he could just cancel the order at that point. This was after 3 weeks of waiting on the CD’s that should have been done in no more than 2.
In the end the company agreed to ship out the order on 2 day shipping and request morning delivery. Luckily FedEx wasn’t nearly as incompetent as EasyDisc and I did receive my CD’s on the morning of the 19^th. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. The digipak was flimsy and the printing was terrible. It was nearly impossible to read the writing on the inside of the packages do to the poor printing. We are able to use the CD’s as a promotional tool but I wouldn’t sell them because the packaging is junk.
In the end you get what you pay for, and there’s a reason that this company is so cheap. Their quality and their service are absolutely awful. I would recommend finding a local company to print your CD’s if at all possible or to find a more reputable online distributor. Avoid this company at all costs, they will make you want to tear your hair out.
Finally, I don’t know why the «not recommended reviews» aren’t recommended for EasyDisc, but the reviews I read that weren’t recommended by Unilocal closely mirror my experience and frustration with EasyDisc.

First off, I need to briefly address Unilocal’s «Not Recommended Reviews,» at least in regards to Easy Disc, as it seems there no other place to say this. Maybe it’s my own fault, but I did not realize that there were hidden reviews. If I had noticed and read those earlier, I would NOT have done business with Easy Disc. These customers aren’t lying, and some of those «not recommended» reviews are really the most helpful. So thanks Unilocal,for helping Easy Disc to screw me! (If you hide this review too, it’ll only make me think there’s some kind of conspiracy going on… Please take negative reviews seriously!)
I placed an order on 6÷2÷15, which was a short duplication run of two different projects. One was to be released on 6/​21, the other ⁷⁄₁₄. I went with Easy Disc due to price (by far the cheapest for duplication), alleged «5 day production,» and the positive reviews I had read on Unilocal.Unfortunately, I’ve had nothing but problems since submitting my credit card information.
Initially, I received an error 3 times at 99% when trying to upload my audio through their submission form, following their directions of uploading one compressed zip folder per project. I contacted them about it and it took 2 days to get back to me, telling me to upload the tracks individually. (I’m already questioning how this could be a 5-​day production.) So, I re-​uploaded all the audio files individually…
On ⁶⁄₉ (one week after placing my order), I get an email telling me they don’t have the artwork for one of the projects. I had to attach it before placing my order, so I don’t understand how it’s missing, or why it took 5 business days to tell me. But okay, I re-​uploaded that as well.
⁶⁄₁₃ and ⁶⁄₁₇ I received emails that my materials have been cut. That was the last communication I had received from them (3 weeks after ordering). I emailed them on ⁶⁄₂₃ but they never replied, so I called maybe 20 times on Wednesday, ⁶⁄₂₄ until the phone actually rang and we didn’t get disconnected. They said they’d need to talk to the «production team» then call me back.
I had missed their call later in the day, but the voicemail told me, «folder 2 is corrupt so you have to re-​upload it.» I was baffled that nobody bothered to tell me for 7 days, and who knows if they would have told me at all if I had not called repeatedly. And since I had to upload individual files, and had nothing named «folder 2,» I had to contact them again to figure out what exactly they were referring to.
Thursday, 6/​24, I ended up writing a very long email to them, basically saying their business seems to be a scam, and if it’s not, then they really don’t care about their customers, and that I’ll be filing formal complaints. Rocky replied and apologized and said they’d be happy to resolve the issue for me. He said if I re-​uploaded all the audio for one of the projects that day (Thursday), they would ship my order the next day on Friday, and that I could receive it by Tuesday, 6÷30… 11 days after the release date. I have orders to fill!
As soon as I re-​submitted the audio, I asked them to confirm receipt of the non-​corrupt files and verify my order could ship the next day. No response. I emailed them first thing Friday morning. No response. So who knows if I’ll even receive my order! If/​when I do, I’ll update this review…
edit: Today, 7/​3, I received my order and opened one of each. I was actually pleased with the print quality overall, and where they placed the barcode. The audio was also correct, which I don’t think is something I should have worried about, but I did. I was missing two eco-​jackets and instead received CD’s in paper sleeves (?) About five of the jackets have bent corners, and the paper is a little thinner than I had hoped, but all in all a decent product. Still, 1 star for all of the above, and I will not be doing business again.

I initially had some problems being able to contact the company after ordering some cd’s but the owner of the company assured me that this was a one time occurrence that they had a problem with their call center. I appreciated a call from Rocky to assure me that they have ironed out their issues with their call center. The quality of the delivered product was quite good and I want to thank Rocky for personally handling the project and making things right.

Although they were the cheapest for cd replication/​duplication I could find, easy disc’s customer service, and attention to detail is insultingly neglectful.
I purchased 300 cds online, and followed up by email to have a few custom things done to the order. I asked if they could print 20 extra copies since there was no default selection for 320 (I would pay for them) and asked if they could split the shipping 120 to one location, and 200 to another. Leo briefly responded and said he could split the shipping for me, but called me Brian (thats not my name) and ignored my other questions. Over the next two weeks I tried to follow up with him over 4 times by email and no response. Tried to call them, their number disconnected. I finally got a response from someone else who works there saying they’d have to talk to Leo but the items already shipped. The CDs showed up, all 300 at 1 location, and about 20 of them were heavily damaged. Jewel cases seemed more brittle and cheap than discmakers. I guess thats what I get for being a cheap ass and trying to get a deal.
Now I have to get extra copies made elsewhere and pay for secondary shipping. #frustration.
Don’t use this place if you want a quality product or want a real person to respond to you.
Update, they’ve called me a few times to make a mends, they did send me out some cds to make up for the damaged ones, but did not send a check for heir shipping screw up as promised. I’m giving them 4 stars because hey are trying now.

Horrible service — weeks after placing my order and several attempts at resolving with customer service I am cancelling my order. no follow through and no customer service. avoid at all costs.
Follow up to this review. I received a heartfelt call today from the ownership of this company explaining that they had made a mistake in outsourcing their customer service. They offered me a credit even though my order had been canceled which I though was a nice gesture, however I declined their offer since I had not really ever completed a purchase.
While I cannot really speak to their service since I never received any product, I am editing my review because I think they realized there was an issue and they are working to correct it, and I think that is at least worth something — I would probably give them another try after talking with the ownership.

Extremely disappointed… I’ve used them in the past and even left a great review for them before. However, the ball was dropped… massively. I tried my best to sympathize with the errors, however the lack of communication and dishonesty is unforgivable.
I never recieved my order. This is after I was informed via email that my CDs would be delivered on time for my CD release. Mind you, I ordered the albums nearly 3-​weeks in advance. They should have been delivered well before my release.
Never got them, never heard back after I emailed them again about a refund. They don’t answer their phone. Did they go out of business and not say anything? Who knows?
Hopefully I’ll get my money back after the dispute I filed… Sorry to say, I will no longer use them. It’s too bad because my previous orders were handled so well. It’s completely frustrating and baffling.

There are some very, very, very bad reviews out there of this company BUT I went ahead anyway and placed my order. They are the cheapest price I was able to find anywhere on the web and I don’t think you will find a place cheaper. The promotion they were running was 100 CD-Wallet’s with full color and shrink wrap for $ 89 (plus shipping with total around $ 124). Turn around time was about 9 days, which around holiday time I was very impressed with, they were double boxed packaged and came undamaged to my doorstep on the day they were supposed to.
While the prices are amazing, their customer service is non-​existent. I uploaded my artwork myself, and saw where to upload media after you place an order. If you are not computer savy or good at navigating websites this may be a major issue for you. Also if your images aren’t of high quality you will have no clue what is going on with the order. I messaged them in their website chat for my order, and emailed and NEVER received one response back. There are status updates to the order that are as plain jane as they can be ‘Artwork Approved’ and simply ‘Shipped’. I did speak to a women on the phone and she was polite and helpful so I will say your best bet is try to get someone on the phone, I see online Leo is the go to guy.
Bottom line, you must have your artwork ready at very high quality and know how to navigate the website. Understand that once you pay and submit artwork you will have to check your email for the order number and login to the site. Under my account you will have to upload the media and put in your order number. Noone really lets you know if the media was uploaded correctly or in the correct order, I had no issues but it seems others have.
I will buy from Easy Disc again, the actual finished product came out amazing and is of very high quality. Hopefully I have the same pleasurable experience I had with my first order.

Great concept, especially for one who goes through the annual rigamarole of conceiving, then designing and producing a handful of CDs for friends and family during the holidays.
I thought their user interface and web design was poor, but the follow through and customer service was awesome. I called to make sure my order was received as intended, and fortunately, they helped me get the order straight (it wasn’t). But customer service (thanks, jennifer!!) completely came through.
The high point was when they sped things up in order to make my holidays shipping deadline. I mean how does it get any better?
I’ll keep using and supporting Easy Disc, but I hope they get some new web designers on the front end, pronto.

I’ve been using easydisc for quite some time now. The prices are amazing and they never cease to impress me, especially when it comes to beating my ridiculous deadlines. Harry and Leo are my go to people and I’ve been working with those 2 for a while now and not once have they let me down.
I recently started ordering all my prints from here too and oh man are they great! The prices are unbeatable.
