I wonder when a business gets so many 5* reviews, is it too good to be true? Luckily, this place really is a 5 star place.
We went out of my way to come here, based on the glowing Unilocal reviews. It was well worth the effort. As others have posted, Ku is a knowledgeable dude and will hook you up. We arrived before opening time, but he helped us out with porting our numbers over and setting up a family plan. No clock-​watcher attitude here, just coolness.
Check this out, I called several metropcs stores around the area and asked how much the sim cards are. The correct answer is $ 10, as that is how much
charges (as of March 2016). Most places did say $ 10, but the nearest shop said $ 15, and my spidey sense told me I would get scammed there. Trying to squeeze out an extra Lincoln, but end up getting zero. Not a good strategy.
So, I stopped calling around and wasting time. We went to Ku and never looked back.
Btw, there are two Metropcs stores on Ramona. Ku is the one on Ramona and Baldwin Park Blvd.

needed a charger quick, the rep in the store went out of his way to find me the exact one i wanted. I did not want to waste more money on some after market product that I bought on line (bought 2 for my iphone 5 which i had to return or refund because it stopped working), it would die on me after a while. So i requested an apple certified charger. gave me a few tips on whats good and not to use on my new iphone 6. glad i stopped by here, awesome service and genuinely helpful. also said i could call ahead of time if i have any questions or need any special accessories at very reasonable prices. will be back the next time i need additional phone accessories for my phones.

I recently made a visit to this MetroPCS store and I have to say that the staff were excellent and made it a very pleasant visit. Ku was overall helpful with making it easy to purchase a phone. Most importantly, the customer service from Ku and the staff were outstanding. Really hard to fine great customer service now a days.

I came here a few days ago since I needed a new phone. The owner helped walked me through all the plans available and made it easy for me to pick one that satisfied my needs. This place had wonderful service and also had the knowledge of the pros & cons for each of the phones they carried. It was a very fast, easy, and pleasant experience and I was extremely satisfied. Due to this, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Easy! The workers at this location make everything super easy from choosing a phone to picking a plan. Even better, the great customer service is extended beyond the sale. I have to say that I’ve come in several times for help and questions about my phone or bill and there’s always someone there to help. Thank you Metropcs!

The owner here speaks multiple languages. He takes his time and makes sure all my questions is answered. I thought I did all the homework I need before starting a plan. Before I finalize anything, he makes sure that I am aware of everything like what is necessary and what is not necessary, other charges that I don’t know about, and what are the pros and cons of the phone. The choice is still mine, but he makes sure that I get the best deal possible. I left the store with no doubt. I don’t know about others, but as for me, I prefer someone that I can trust than someone who would tells me what I want to hear or sell me whatever he needs to get rid of.

The workers are great in there. I came in not knowing what plan and phone to get but there recommendations made it so much easier. Best part is that there is no contract to open lines so its pay as you go. And also unlimited data. Would definitely have my family change over to metro. Plans have way better prices.

What makes the trip to this MetroPCS store, is definitely the employees here. Ku and his staff always made the effort to answer any of my questions and were consistently prompt with resolving incidental issues I had with MetroPCS.
During one of my visits, I had purchased a screen-​protector (not through this store), and Ku insisted to help me put it on! It was an appreciative gesture and definitely showed his exceptional customer service.

When you first step into the store,
You are greeted and welcomed.
Customer service was outstanding,

Answered all questions I had and was able to find the plan and phone i desperately needed which fit my budget.
When I come in for my monthly payment, the customer service never changes.
I get serviced in no longer than 5 minutes.
They are multi lingual as well!
