Roger and the Vinyl Smart team are fantastic. We purchased our home last year and the previous homeowners had one side of the fence done by them (only way I would’ve ever found them in my area). I had them and a few other companies your. They were the most competitive in pricing and Roger was quick to respond and great on follow up. The Vinyl Smart team did our fence and double gate Friday and Saturday and it looks great! We had an issue with our neighbor, so we made a game time decision to extended the fence further and they’ve made arrangements to get it done on Wednesday. We could not be happier.

These guys are awesome… from rodger who comes out and give you the quote to the guys who actually built the fence !!! They were so helpful and any issue I had they corrected quickly. These guys are the best. Roger is top notch in our eyes. My wife and I are fairly new homeowners and this was our first project. We made Roger come out to a house a couple of times, until we finally decided on the style and color. (Sorry Roger). He was fantastic each and every time he came out. He walked us through everything and was available through the whole project. The two gentlemen that installed the fence were great as well. The worked very fast and many times asked us if we had any questions or concerns. The finished project is awesome, they really transformed our yard and increased the value of our property. I would not hesitate to call them agin for our next project. They will certainly be our first and only call when we install a new patio. Thank you Vinyl Smart and Thank You Roger!!!

On Tuesday morning I had an appointment with vinyl smart fence company for a patio cover Gary k showed up on time and was very professional I was considering aluminum wood but Gary pointed out so many important points that made me forget about aluminum wood so I went on I give my business to vinyl smart fence company installer are very professional on time very good communication skills and I was satisfied when 110% I would highly recommend for anyone to do business with vinyl smart.

Vinyl Smart demoed an old wood fence and replaced it with app 92′ of vinyl fence for my neighbor and myself. For me Vinyl Smart also replaced two wooden gates and two wooden returns with vinyl gates and vinyl returns. Roger promised to return to replace a new lock that they installed that broke shortly after install, he has not returned to replace it and it’s been months. Roger also promised my neighbor to finish his job but has not returned to finish that job as per contract. Roger tried to overcharge me $ 300 to $ 400 more than an original quote for additional gates, not very professional. Nancy is a very nice lady and was very professional all the time. I was told Roger is the owners son.

He pointed out exactly what the process was going to be and how long this project would take. They are quick to charge your credit card… but slow to do the work!!!
I do not know where to begin with my frustration. We put down a deposit on May 8th for this job. Here we are almost 4 months later and it has yet to be finished.
Joe Crawford, the sales rep, was great to work with. Unfortunately, the follow-​through from the office is NON-​EXISTENT. I called close to a dozen times to ask for an update and was simply told that «the product was on a truck making it’s way across the country». They would never call me to give an update, I always had to call and ask.
After telling me three weeks ago that they would start the job the next Monday, we posted notices for the tenants to let them know… but Vinyl Smart never showed up. The didn’t even call to tell me! I had to call and ask again, and again, and again.
Yesterday, I CALLED AGAIN TO ASK and they said that they would come out today to install. The tenants were all well-​informed and ready. However, Roger left a message on my cell phone stating that the gates were locked and they were leaving the job. I tried to call Roger’s cell phone again and again but he would not answer… or call me back. We had an employee there to unlock the gates but the crew just left!
So, we are still waiting for this job to be completed…

Left message on voice mail and website and never got a return call. Visited their showroom and the salesman treated me like I am totally ignorant. I told him I am considering vinyl and aluminum fence. He said aluminum fence WILL RUST.

On September 19, 2014, they installed a vinyl privacy extension upon our block wall. They did an excellent job in a timely and neat manner. Paid in full before job was completed just to find out Vinyl installed an uneven side gate and left out in-​caps! Could have been resolved but easily but since 6÷12÷14 still missing my in-​caps and the side gate still not fixed. Finally spoke with Nancy the person that answers the phone and Mike (won’t give his last name), apparently the GM. It’s already 7÷1÷14 see what happens. I really don’t like to yell but I had it with them, not answering any of my messages and emails! Lesson learned: «Don’t leave and pay before job is completed at your satisfaction»!.
I will not endorse Vinyl Smart because of this incident, and I hoped they will correct this issue in time.

The salesman was very informative and explained the project and the product
to us in detail. We were not home the day of installation, and was very happy when,
we returned home and saw that the fence was done in one day! The landscaping was not trampled, and there was much care taken on our job.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish! They installed vinyl fencing along the front of my house to replace my wooden fencing that was falling apart. I can’t believe I waited so long. The guys properly removed all old cement and the entire area was cleaner than it looked before they came. I highly recommend Vinyl Smart.

3.5 stars. We used Vinyl Smart Fencing to replace the wood fencing all around our two unit property, and in general, the new fence looks good. Our old wood fence was somewhat falling apart and termite infested. We picked the «Duragrain» tan fencing material, which has a little more of a real wood grain look. We’re happy with the decision.
The installation went fine, but there were a few things that could’ve been done better. The concrete work definitely could have been cleaner. And the cleanup after the job could have been better as well. All in all, not bad, but certainly room for improvement.
On the positive, they were good about communicating, and did have the best price based on the three vendors that we got estimates from. Also, the entire job took about 3 consecutive days, which was inline with our expectations.

I had an appointment with a sales associate from this company and he called about an hour before to cancel. I was in a hurry to move forward with my fencing so I requested that they emailed me the contract so I could sign and send back to get the ball moving. I had an 8month old at home who was becoming mobile and I needed a fence between the house and the pool ASAP.
I received a contract from a sales associates PERSONAL email. I sent it back executed and sent follow up emails asking for confirmation of receipt. None was received. I ended up calling into the office to see if they had received my order. The receptionist said that the sales associate «couldn’t access» the other email account and I would have to send it again to his corp account. I was very upset because the sales associate NEVER called or reached out to me to tell me about this change, I had to do the leg work to follow up on the order that HE was supposed to manage. They gave me many excuses for this associate, that he’s been really busy etc. But the bottom line is this sales associate was lazy and didn’t go into his personal account to get the contract that I sent in. If he was a good salesman he could have forwarded the email from his personal account to his corporate account and CC’d me so I had the updated contact info. This stupidity and obvious «care-​less» attitude about the business was ridiculous to me.

Delay the project 2 times. During the day of installation, the pipe was blocking the installation area, installer called it unforeseen problem that I have to find my own plumber to cut the pipe and reconnect it, and I spent extra 180.
The installer ask me if gate should open outward or inward, I ask installer opinion, he suggest outward, only later I found out that if the gate open outward, the lock will be outside the gate (installer never explain that the lock will be from outside), which we can only open the gate from outside, and easy for people to break in if gate lock is outside. Family dont feel that secure. Call Vinyl Smart, seems like no one can help the issue unless I pay another $ 120 out of my pocket plus weeks of waiting time.
As far as the quality, only time will tell and I’ll update the review whenever I have a chance. Email me if any question
