My vote is still out on what kind of rating to give this business. Why? INCONSISTENCY!
Order one — 5 stars
I caught a sale and ordered a number of cuts of fabric. There was no shipping fee and everything ordered was filled correctly. Extremely positive experience.
Order two — 3 stars
I placed an order for a specific purpose and timeliness was important. The order was five yards of one fabric and two yards of a contrasting print. The order took a little longer to arrive than my previous order, The bigger problem was the order was filled incorrectly with 5 yds. of the primary fabric and 1 yd. of the contrasting fabric. A simple phone call corrected the order but it was another two weeks before I had my complete order.
Order three — 0 stars (1 because I must)
This order was never accomplished. I was shopping a one day 50 percent off sale. I spent 2 ½ hrs. viewing 150 pages of 24 items each and slowly added my desired items to my cart. Once finished I had 40 items in my cart. I filled in the customer information during the check out process. I was disappointed that I was being charged shipping as the amount I was spending normally would earn free shipping. However, since I was getting such a good deal I decided to go ahead with the order. I proceeded with check out to enter the payment information and all of a sudden my entire cart became empty. The process was done in plenty of time to fall within the one day sale. Unfortunately, I had neither the time or energy to go through the whole shopping process again so I missed out on my desired purchase. This experience made me turn to a major competitor to make those same purchases.
I’ll think twice before I waste my time with this frustrating web site.
