Jolene did an outstanding job with the home inspection. Not only did she inspect the house, she also walked me through every aspect of what she was looking at and the different possible ways things could be improved. She brought her own equipment and ladder, and checked everything from head to toe from roof to basement. No nook or cranny was left uninspected by Jolene.
The reports Jolene wrote up on the inspection were fantastic — they included color photos and were extremely detailed. When I had to bring in a contractor to get an estimate for some repair work, Jolene went out of her way to also be there and communicate with the contractor. The contractor was impressed at the level of detail of Jolene’s work as well.
I cannot more highly recommend Jolene and her home inspections — she does an incredibly thorough job, gives you all the straight facts, and doesn’t miss a beat. Thanks, Jolene!
