Welcome Relief Massage Therapy

I get massages about every 4 – 6 weeks to combat chronic back pain and migraines. I usually go wherever I can find a good deal through a discount site like Living Social — after my experience at Welcome Relief, I’m never going anywhere else! I had the BEST massage of my life! I can’t stop telling all of my friends how pleasant my experience was. From the lovely smell of diffusing oils upon entering, to the heated beds, to the attentive and intuitive masseuse, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Just WOW!

One if the sweetest most sincere individual you’ll ever meet not to mention her hands are god sent I’ve suffered many years from a chronic back injury I’ve been thru spinal decompression treatments, intense physical therapy and chiropractic treatments then I found jenn she’s very knowledgeable in her profession as well as in healing oils. She’s also willing to work with me on a paying scale .
My loyality resides with her can’t wait to attend another healing session !

Welcome Relief is a little gem of a place I found through Groupon actually. My Mother and I had purchased a deal for massages back in 2012 and the rest is history.
The owner, Jennifer, has done a wonderful job in making us loyal return clients. While I have never had a massage with Jen before, I have had one with Jessica (who sadly is no longer working there) and it has been nothing but stellar each and every time. I am looking forward to seeing the rest of the talent Welcome Relief has to offer now, however!
When you walk in, the air smells like essential oils and bliss. While the business itself is small (I do know that they are planning on expanding or re-​locating) it’s a perfectly intimate fit for anyone. The décor is simple yet relaxing and the music really sets the tone for your massage. I do go to other places for different massages (mud-​wraps, salt scrubs, etc), but Welcome Relief is the ONLY place I would recommend for excellence every time in basic and advanced technique massages.

I don’t usually write reviews but the massage I had this morning was awful. I had to ask him on several different occasions for more pressure. I told him my lower back was hurting and I wanted extra attention there and he did not even go any lower than the middle of my back. Honestly, it felt like I paid someone to put lotion all over me. There were many areas of my neck and shoulders that he did not even attempt to massage. I have had many massages and this was by at the worst. As far as the place, the rooms are open near the ceiling so if other people are there it is loud. He also had a fan on in the room so I was freezing. Save your time and money and head to a real spa.

OMG! I go for a monthly deep tissue massage with Nick who, in my opinion, is absolutely the best massage expert in the area! A massage of this caliber is exactly what i am looking for to help maintain good physical and mental health. I am doubtful anyone else in the area even comes close!

Love this place! Got the best massage I’ve ever had. Really relaxing ambience, excellent deep tissue massage, Nick’s the best! Worth every penny.
