I googled Compax for their new mailing address and was surprised to see a 3 year old one star Unilocal post. I knew that it had to be «sour grapes» but I was curious and I asked about it when I called. They were happy to tell me the story and IT WAS GREAT! I’ve known and dealt with Compax for over twenty years and they are definitely 5 stars in my book! That other guy still owes them money!

Poor service and rude: Very poor service. The drivers look for reasons not to pick up and they can be creative. If you call in for a service issue, you will be insulted and told it’s your fault. I’m not certain whether they’re rude by nature or just don’t understand basic customer service.
