I’m staying with my parents while on leave from the military, and this Hotshots is within walking distance from their house in Ballwin. Let me just say, this place is FILTHY! Not to mention all the tweekers and pill heads that hang out here. Go to Three Kings in Des Peres.

6 Pool Tables. Plastic pool sticks. Service was so so. More than once had to tell a waitress«Please find our waitress for drinks». Wings and pizza was good. Day watch waitresses are definitely not the A team, both in service and looks. For a franchise chain that relies on good food, good service and cute waitresses this one falls short. The only real positive is NOSMOKING. Try the ARNOLD location. It is heads and shoulders above Ballwin.

Went during a Packers game, to the place was full plus. However the hardest-working bartender I can recall seeing, Calley, was able to keep up with the crowd. How she managed to keep our tab accurately I don’t understand, but she did. Great Packers atmosphere!

Terrible experience. My brother and I went to this location for dinner and beers. We witnessed through the kitchen window that neither cook was wearing gloves. We also saw one of the cooks had a beard over two inches in length not wearing a beard restraint making food. We were disgusted. We asked our waitress to speak with the manager about the health code violations that we witnessed. The gentleman with the long beard who was not wearing gloves happened to be the manager. He was unapologetic and left our table angry after we told him we did not want food from this establishment. I work in the food industry and will be contacting the health department. Needless to say I will never go back to this location.

Hands down THEWORST service I have ever witnessed. Waited an HOUR to even get a drink order. An hour in between drink orders and it took an hour and a half to get our food. The only reason we stayed was to watch the Cardinals game. I don’t know about you, but service is key for repeat business. Would Not recommend this location to even the homeless. The one in Arnold is like the Ritz Carlton compared to this $&@# hole.

It’s hard to imagine someone giving 5 stars to this place. I’ve been here maybe 4 times over the years and the only memorable thing has been the cleavage. The waitress made the rounds often enough, and the beer was cold. We had pizza and a couple of apps — toasted ravs and«tacos» which were both straight from the freezer to the fryer to the platter. The pizza was pretty awful — I’ve defintely had better frozen pizzas. I will say, there is a pretty dense crust, which is a good accompaniment for beer-swilling. Make no mistake, this is definitely a beer-swilling kind of place. Lots of pool tables… uh…just not much else you can say about this place. I’ll go back if a group of friends is gathering there or if I’m in the neighborhood(not likely).

We had our 1st Meetup at Hot Shots on Wednesday 7:00PM I ended up playing with people that I just met and we had a Fantastic time. Des the server was excellent and the pizza was outstanding. Great place to throw Darts. My club is there every 2-weeks.his is for anyone who wants to play Dart Games. You can be an experience Darter or an amateur. Regardless the experience players will coach or help you get is a link to my Dart Page on Facebook: iTip… — at Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill Manchester.

Let me say, that I don’t live in Missouri and my state banned indoor smoking a long time ago. I went to Hot Shots with friends, the menu had a variety of options. Mostly it was basic sports bar food. I forgot Missouri allows indoor smoking, the place smelled like an ash tray and you left smelling like one too. Service was ok, you could almost predict when the waitress would return(about every 5 minutes). Plenty of TV screens to watch sports, over all not stellar nor good.

Came here to drink and enjoy some food here, they have some specials of 2 dollar bottles, and cheaper appetizers /burgers. Tried out some appetizers and were extremely disappointed. Just going to comment on the wings, they literally tasted like the frozen kind you get from a low quality store. Also you come out of the place reeking like smoke.

I would like to say that I do not have a problem with HotShots bars in general, I love the Fenton location. This location on the other hand is run very poorly. There have been 2 separate occasions when the bar was closing and as I was waiting for the waitress to run my car the owner drunkly came up to my friends and me telling us to «get out, we are closing», we responded telling him we are waiting for our cards and he just repeats«get out» and stumbled away. Another problem is a certain bartender, who by the end of the night is so drunk she can barley talk, ringing my order wrong. One one occasion we ordered Rumchata and Honey Whiskey shots and she rang up one Rumchata and one Patron shot, we asked her to please fix this and she straight up said No and walked away. On a positive note the boneless wings are always really good and there are multiple dart board and pool tables. But I avoid this location I live only a few miles away but will drive out of my way to the Fenton location to get better service.

Friendly, attentive service, even though we had a large group. Pool tables, TVs, beer, and good food… pizza, wings, and burgers specifically. I happened to be in West County for a 2 day training class, and Hotshots was the lunch spot both days… very good impression, and the chain(maybe this location) will definitely be a stop from here on out.

The first Mizzou football game of the season was Pay Per View only and not that many bars were showing the game. After arriving at Corner Pub to find there were no tables, some friends and I ended up at Hotshots. Sure, there were plenty of places to sit but they quickly became full. We were just happy to be able to watch the game. But when the table behind us became chain-smokers we were all pretty shocked as this place was serving a lot of food — guess they’ve paid their way out of participating in the smoking ban. What became unbearable was the table of old men with beer bellies that lit up some huge stanky cigars — yup, Hotshots allows cigar smoking, as well. With the Tigers pummeling Southeastern Lousiana big time, my friends and I were fed up with the smoke and left soon after half-time. I’d rather miss watching a football game than ever come back to this place. Also, I really dislike any establishment that makes it’s waitresses dress in such tight skimpy clothing. Hotshots seems to be the place for hoosiery smokers to watch a game.

Terrible experience on a busy Saturday night. Was able to witness bartenders to do multiple shots, stumbling around the bar and slurring her words. On top of that the guy cooking the food was smoking over the food. As for the other bartende I’m pretty sure she hasn’t slept in seven days.

6 pool tables and super nice service. I’ll have more to say on this location since we’re going to be coming here once a month soon. WPBA matches on the TV’s near the pool tables. Tons of other TV’s with every sport you can think of. Full menu.

Very open and enjoyable environment. This is the best Hotshots bar in town that I’ve visited. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive.

Hi All, I went to this unimpressive appearing bar with clients. The unimpressive appearance was only the outside. inside there are absolutely beautiful bar game section… like 10 – 20 soft/hard tip dart boards… pool tables… plenty of space. Oh… also…forgot to mention… the waitresses and bartenders are dressed slightly more classy than Hooter’s employees. Most of the servers were quite pretty, but had very pleasant attitude. The ‘queen’ bar tender was amazing. remembering my drink of choice the following day. And for an elder lady, her appearance shines over the others. But I am not a big fan of sex appeal sales at bars. however, she rose above the typical bartender regardless of impressive cleavage. Only one thing I didn’t like… smoking is allowed. Can’t blame the bar, they do have a good ventilation system… and it never bothered me during eating… I guess that is more the State’s incompetence for still allowing smoking in public places… The food was above average for bar food. Anyway…would probably only return to this establishment if I am onsite at my client’s…but if I lived near here, I would go often(I like darts and pool) MSZ

They have really good happy hour prices on their food. They have tiered beer pricing, the later it gets the higher the prices go, which is interesting. Their hot wings are pretty nice, their pizza is good too. Several games, including pool, darts, and video games. The place can get pretty busy during sports games and on weekends.

I am a little ashamed to admit that I actually kinda like this place. The place is big, spacious, well-lit, and not very smokey. Makes the place actually pretty cheery. Did you know a sports bar could be cheery? Now you know. Music can get pretty loud on busy nights but nothing that will make your eardrums explode. Unless you’re my 62 year old«turn that racket down!» father. Service can be a little slow when it’s super busy, but it’s generally really quite good. No standing at the bar getting ignored for several minutes before you can put your order in, and the waitresses, I have to admit, are attentive and very friendly. This is the sort of place a woman might dread going, as it appears to be a total meat market, and the waitresses are all wearing cleavage-exposing tight referee shirts and skimpy booty shorts and ugh. Gag me. But they are always very sweet to me, which is enough right there that makes this an enjoyable place for me to hang out. Like the most popular girl in high school that you just WANT to hate but you can’t because she’s sooo sweet and perky and everyone loves her? Yeah, kind of like that. Food has always been pretty good. Things that are supposed to be hot come out hot, things that are supposed to be crispy are crispy, things that are supposed to be full of flavor are. It’s just all around good. Not hard to get a pool table, and there’s foosball, darts, shuffleboard. Plenty to do. Lots of televisions with all different games on. Lots of great drink specials every night. They DO have things like«school girl night» and«bikini top night»…can’t say that I’ve been there on those nights and I don’t exactly plan to. BUT I will say that I actually met my boyfriend(now one of my best friends) here. And he came up and sat at my table and looked me in the eye as we talked about healthcare reform while there was some wet t-shirt event going on behind him(yeah, didn’t know that was going on that night or I probably wouldn’t have come… glad I did though). Just goes to show that not everyone here is a meatheaded white trash frat boy. My ex-bf/friend is an awesome, super sweet, wonderful guy. And I like to think I’m a pretty classy lady! If you want to kick back and grab a beer, and you’re in the area, go here. ‘Nuff said.

This place is a joke yet is always doing business. Go figure. The place is just full of the meat-headed idiots that I normally can’t stand to be around. Plus, it’s always loud due to some moron playing some horrible music over the jukebox. The only redeeming quality about this place is the fact that there are some good pool tables and quite a few televisions for watching sports and whatnot. When I do find myself at bars, it’s never at this place.
