I called to get a quote on repairing my fascia boarding and was contacted by a gentleman that informed me someone would be out to take a look at my home and provide a quote for services. After 2 weeks went by I called to ask on the status of this request. I spoke with the secretary and she let me know that the message would be passed on. 2 weeks later… repeat cycle. 2 weeks later… repeat cycle. After nearly 2 months of no call no show, I decided to give up.
I cannot comment on the quality of work but I am disappointed with the quality of customer service. The gentleman I originally spoke with appeared to be very pleasant and professional so I am a bit surprised that I was never contacted after multiple attempts to receive a quote.

I had a very minor leak in my roof which was attributable to a few old satellite dishes that were installed in the past. Upon investigating and getting bids & advice, it made more sense to replace the whole roof than just repair the section. The entire roof was towards the tail end of it’s life-​cycle.
I obtained bids from many different companies. Lawler came in towards the middle. However, I ended up choosing them for a few reasons. 1) I had a referral from another person, 2) The owner of the company was the one that came out to give me my quote and he was very knowledgeable and professional, 3) They offered logical information on their insurance and warranty.
After signing the quote, I was told that someone would call in about a week to schedule an installation. Sure enough, I got a call letting me know when the materials would be delivered and when the installation would occur. They pointed out that I should probably park in the street so I wouldn’t get blocked in the garage during the roof replacement.
A team of 7 showed up at 6:30am on my installation date. I was a little alarmed at the arrival time. They got to work right away which selfishly I liked, but I’m sure my neighbors hated the hammering and construction noise at this hour. They worked FAST. They had removed the old roof, replaced some wood, and had the new roof installed all the same day. They also did a tremendous job in cleaning up everything. I tried to find any rogue nails left around but could find none.
Overall, I’m satisfied. I’m not sure I’m ecstatic about the job. The roof looks no different than any other roof, and there are a few aesthetic things that bother me… flashings not cut to the same size, tar runoff on a fascia board. But I would recommend them. They were professional, fast, and the product seemed to be of high quality.
