Progressive Training & Nutrition Center

When I decided to start working with a trainer, it wasn’t because I wanted to drop a ton of weight or make huge changes… I just wanted to get strong. I wanted to not feel like crying after trying to do a pull-​up and be able to have more endurance and energy. I wanted everything to just get more… solid. I found Frankie through a friend of mine, and I can honestly say he’s helping me accomplish all of those things. Tory’s actually the one who owns the gym, but I’ve been with Frankie since the beginning.
This place is tiny and is strictly a training studio — designed for just one or two people at a time. While it is really small, it has everything you need to have a great workout. Tons of new machines, free weights, balance equipment, and an elliptical to warm up on. It’s a very clean space which is important to me, and when the weather is nice, they’ll leave the doors open to create an awesome breeze.
Frankie switches up my workouts every time (I see him twice a week), and I always wake up the next morning sore, which I consider a good thing. He doesn’t work the same areas too closely together, and I can honestly say that I’m getting the results I’ve always wanted. And every time I go, I feel less like I’m gonna hurl everywhere, which is definitely a positive sign.
Can’t wait to see how I’m feeling eight weeks from now. Hooray for fitness!
