Should we expect our heating and cooling repairmen to work in incliment weather? In this case, yes I think so… or at least make a valiant effort.
Ten days ago I called and scheduled a repair on an ill humidifier and was only able to schedule for Thursday Jan 27th. On Wednesday, I receive a rude phone call about rescheduling. Mind you, this after making effort to be home for this visit.
WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER.
Mind you the only reason I initially tried this service provider is because they installed the system in my development. Judging by the paucity of reviews on Unilocal,I suspect this provider is not known for fantastic service or customer service, so I’ll have to say the higher-​ups were watching out for me (to not have service perfomed by this provider). Thank you.
