I have always loved cooking. Even as a kid I would invent new recipes and try foods that my friends wouldn’t dream of eating. I cook to relax, learn, teach and make art. What better way to go through life?

Business Owner

With over 20 years of cooking experience, Chef Scott Ryan introduces his own unique and modern twist to traditional and regional cuisines from all over the world. Professionally trained at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge Massachusetts, Chef Ryan has united his passion for food with a special gift for teaching and the ability to provide a personalized culinary experience for all of his clients.

Chef Ryan had made it his mission to share firsthand the many influences that contribute to the world’s abundant international culinary traditions. His time spent in Spain, Morocco, Italy, and France is evident in the flavors of his specialized menus. His culinary approach takes into account not just the sense of taste, but acknowledges all five senses as essential tools in the kitchen.

As a Chef Instructor, Scott offers private culinary classes and workshops, and chefs tables. He serves the Baltimore City area.
