Do NOT use this company!!! I went online and found
. After seeing their crazy high price, I found a better price and tried to cancel.
The bottom line is I wasn’t permitted to cancel because I «booked online» and it was out of their hands. I asked for them to reconsider because it was a mistake because I hadn’t seen anything that suggested that filling out one form was going to charge me instantly. They said I had checked a box and thtat was it. So, I called Andrew who was identified as the manager. Turns out he was the owner. Andrew said told me to go F** myself. Said I was a F***ing idiot who couldn’t read. He hung up on me. My husband then called and «Andrew — the owner» also told to go F** himself. He hung up on my husband too!
I looked them up on SDAT and they are not registered. I cannot find an address or any legal information on this company.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Incredibly unprofessional.
I may have been wrong in clicking that button, I may not legally have any recourse, but there was no way I deserved to be spoken to or treated like that.
