Amazing company! My store had no restrooms open for 4 days. Shortly after they arrived my restrooms were restored and a plan was in place to make repairs on damaged grinder pumps! They snakes and cleared the line and reset the pumps! Recommendations were made to handle the issue. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My family and I went to Our beach house in Delaware for the 4^th of July. When I turned on the water I noticed a broken shut off valve and water was shooting everywhere. I called 3 different plumbers and they said they will try to get to it soon. that they were busy 1 day passes no call back … So I decided to try to see if I could fix it myself, so off to the local hardware store and I’m talking to a sales rep and he’s asking me all types of questions –what size valve, copper, pvc pipe and i’m lost. Along comes this guy and says you need to Shark top it. I look at him and say I don’t know what your talking about I’m not a Plumber. He says I am and I’m on vacation He asked where do you live and I say ten minutes away. He says i’ll take a look at it for you. we hop in his truck and he looks at the valve and says easy fix. we ride back to the hardware store and to buy the part and tools that I need. we go back to my house where he is underneath my house working away. Remind you he is on Vacation with his family helping me a stranger that he overheard in a hardware store helping me out.(In a few minutes it’s fixed and My fourth of July is saved (total time with travel back and forth to hardware store and install is 3 hrs). I ask how much do I owe you he says nothing (zero). I like helping people out he says. I offered to a least buy dinner or a couple cases of beer. He said don’t worry about it. and He gave me his card and said to call him if I have any other issues. Folks it Was Jason the owner of Baltimore Sewer Service. Wow what a great guy to do this while he was on vacation to help out a complete stranger in the time of need should tell the integrity and compassion that this man has and I would highly recommend him and His company. After spending those 3 hrs with Jason I feel that I made a friend that next time I’m at the beach I will call and have a couple of drinks with him. Jason, thank you again. You are one of the rare ones out there and I wish you continued Success. Terry D.

Really? Since the thing is been a while, we want let it go, but Jason said he never did the work for us, come on, we still have the contract and the copy of the check that we paid him. Just that people know don’t trust him.

Do NOT Use This Company for any Sewer Problems! The owner jason is the biggest liar i have ever delt with in my life. He was going to charge us $ 4100 for repairs that were not even needed. Luckily his shady antics made us get a second opinion.
He is impossible to get in touch with after he takes your money for an inspection. If you need sewer help call Roto Rooter. They dont rip you off! If i could give NEGATIVE stars I would !

I find it humorous how quick jason is to try and save his ass here on Unilocal ! Had i known I would have used Unilocal to get him to send us a report we needed 5 days ago! Long story short I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS GUY TO FLUSH MY TOILET. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I recently had a blocked sewer pipe related to a vandalism incident. Unfortunately I contacted Baltimore Sewer Service hoping to get it repaired quickly. They arrived the first day and came unprepared with the wrong equipment for the job (despite describing to them what was happening on the phone when I first contacted them). They then didn’t return for 2 days (despite promising to return within 1 with the correct equipment). When they did finally return they quickly attempted to clear the line before saying they wouldn’t e able to do it with the material they had. I inquired about digging up the line (which is what I eventually had to do with a competitor) to which they responded they wanted to try one more thing and promised to return the next day. 3 days later I gave up and found someone else. Considering I had a fully blocked line and two children under 3 in the house I was not pleased with their unprompt service. I would not recommend using them in the future.

Unilocal has never failed me and once again, it led me to a wonderful company such as Baltimore Sewer Services, especially during an emergency. During this visit, Jason and Phillip had to battle a sewage pipe that hasn’t been cleaned in over 20 years and was 100% backup. If I could give Jason and Phillip 10 stars, I would! Service that Jason provided was professional, courteous, and exceptional.
First of all, Jason really listened to what I have to say. I told him that I did snake thing and got nowhere. Instantly he told me that I need a water jet (PLUS) but he wants to come out in person to give me a free consultation. (PLUS PLUS). Even though it is a big task, Jason put my parents’ worries at ease by giving them a 100% working guarantee. (PLUS PLUS PLUS) Jason and Phillip brought in the machine and went to work for 3 hours. Throughout the process, they provide constant feedback and update. (PLUS PLUS PLUS PLUS) Then, they cleaned up and left for a few hours to let the chemical solution do its work and fully clean out the pipe. At 10PM!, Jason and Phillip stopped by and finished the job. (PLUS PLUS PLUS PLUS PLUS) Thank you Jason and Phillip for a job well done!
On a side note, before I called Jason, we had the very unpleasant experience of calling a Roto-​Rooter Plumber. Before the plumber started working, I told him about our drain issue but he didn’t listen and insisted that he can fix the issue and gave us a guarantee of 30 days. Otherwise he would not charge us. After spending 20 minutes and could not fix the issue, he recommend someone to do the job and will only charge us half of what he quoted. Not only he could not fix the issue but he tried to con us into paying. What a useless company. That is why it is so hard to find a good company that you can trust. Take my word, you can definitely trust Baltimore Sewer Services to do a good job!

There’s nothing quite as devastating as waking up one morning to backed up toilets and showers… and then being told by a plumber that your sewer line has collapsed and that your entire front yard needs to be dug up to have the line repaired to the tune of a lot of money… The worst part is we had just moved into our home 2 months prior.
My husband did some research and learned about «Trenchless sewer line replacement». A method that allows for pipes to be repaired without the yard dig up.
Into the picture came Baltimore Sewer Services.
Jason came out the next day to evaluate our situation. With the original prognosis, we would still be without water until NEXT Friday (this all began one week ago today). Instead, Jason’s team came out the day after the evaluation and began the process. It would have been done in a single day, but weather and some unfortunate problems prevented that from happening. Instead, it was all done in under 3 days.
The cost to do this was substantially less, not to mention that we won’t have to re-​landscape our entire front yard either.

Great Unilocal reviews so I called and Jason was at my house the same morning and cleared my drain in 20 minutes for the price quoted over the phone.

Called these guys to look at our clogged drain. They arrived 4 hours late for their scheduled appointment, during the 4 hour wait we tried to call a few times and see if they are still coming, they say they would so we waited. After they asses the situation they decided it’s necessary to cut our pipe which would not be possible since they were not prepared for that (which is reasonable). So we scheduled another appointment for next day in the afternoon. The next day, one hour past the appointment I received a call explaining that the plumbers are still finishing their last job so they will be late. Based on the fact that they did come the day before, we waited. And then we never heard from these guys again! Tried to call them a few times on the phone number they gave and the company phone while waiting and went into voice mail. I wasted half work day to stay at home and was left with a busted sink. Always late, never reliable.

Had a great experience with this company. I needed to replace a hot water heater in my rental property in Federal Hill. Jason and another member of his team showed up at 4, accessed the repair and the job was done by 6:30 the SAME day. If you are looking for plumbing services, I high recommend this company and will use them again.

Had non flushable wipes and tampons clogging my main home sewage line (yikes!) to the street in Towson, Maryland and they came within hours to run their metal sewer snake and unclog it! Very professional and reliable. Will use again if another sewage crisis occurs!

Great experience with these guys. Super expert at their trade. We live in DC — Columbia Heights and no plumbing company wanted to touch replacing a terracotta pipe. They were talking permits, digging and $$$.
We called these guys to see what they could do. We ended up doing trench-​less water repair with them. While everyone else was telling us we had to excavate, Jason and his team assessed the situation, saw they could take it on, and did it! Best of all, their guarantee and longevity in business made us feel better.
I’m giving them a 4 bc it took them a while to send me back the final receipt and I had to keep hounding them for this. Wish that part was more automated.
