Good location, nice clean lobby, and the staff was friendly. Even the armed guard. lol.

Can’t complain about this location. Easy access to ATMs and it is conveniently located near several stores and food places such as Eddie’s. As with any place where you are pulling out cash, be wary of your surroundings as you walk out. I always make a note to since sometimes there are people hanging out on that corner etc. During the day, I have seen a security guard standing watch outside.

I had a crazy case of bank fraud last year and had to come to this location 3 or 4 times to get everything resolved. It was ridiculous. The initial wait was also ridiculous… over an hour… it was more like an hour and 15 mins of just sitting there.
If this ever happens to you, you can make an appointment online by looking up the location so they take you over the walkins so you do not end up like me sitting there simmering from anger and wondering if you will get a parking ticket but forced to stay because you urgently need your matter resolved.
I had called as soon as I discovered the fraud but corporate fubared my case six ways from sunday and then I saw that the thieves had tried to take my money again 2 weeks later after I had gotten my direct deposit. Richard Shenton at this branch was absolutely wonderful at troubleshooting and talking to corporate while I was sitting there simmering from anxiety due to all the mistakes. The other people there are pretty lazy and useless and avoidant especially the blonde manager who has her own office. The older rep there just wants to sell you more boa services and is generally not helpful. I was surprised to find out she was more senior to richard…
I give this place 3 stars…5 stars for Richard and 0 stars for everyone else for an average of 3 stars. If you ever experience bank fraud, I recommend that you go directly to Richard. He will go above and beyond for you.
