Had an issue with my water heater, called «Mike» and he said he would gather some information, and get right back to me. After 4 or 5 days of not hearing from him, I called him back and he said he couldnt locate any information about my unit, but would be happy to take a look at it. I scheduled an appointment for 10a. I stayed home from work to meet him, and by 10:30 he had not arrived. I called him (apparently at home… dogs barking and kids screaming) and he gave no excuse for missing the appointment. I had to go back to my office, so I told him to forget it. Dont waste your time with this guy… he doesnt care about you/​his customers. BTW, I found the manual and installation guide for my unit spending 5 minutes on the internet.
