Description

Specialties

We do fancypants comfort food with a cross-cultural twist for not so much dinero. We make our own sausages, smoke our own meats and make everything from scratch. Breakfast, lunch and dinner-we’ve got great food. And the desserts are to die for!

We have a wonderfully varied wine list with 17 glasses for $ 6 and under and 9 bottles under $ 20. And beer and cocktails, too.

History

Established in 2008.

We opened Clementine at the end of April 2008. Clementine was originally going to begin as a catering company and would eventually morph into a restaurant when we felt we were ready. It turns out it’s like having a baby (we had experience with that– that’s why one of our rooms has a play area) and you’re never really ready. So we opened up and have received great reviews, expanded, and fed the multitudes ever since!

Meet the Business Owner

Winston and Cristin B.

Business Owner

Winston and his wife, Cristin Dadant, opened Clementine in 2008. They use locally sourced meat and produce to make fun, creative, inventive and, most importantly, delicious food. Nothing is processed and everything is from scratch. With a slew of craft beers, an inexpensive wine list guaranteed to surprise and an emphasis on American small batch distilleries, come to Clementine to restore yourself.
