I worked with Carmen Aumendo through the process of buying my house (purchase date 6÷10÷16). As a first time homebuyer, I needed a lot of hand-​holding through the process, and Carmen was always there and willing to answer questions, even pertaining to pieces of buying a home that had nothing to do with the loan. Carmen made sure to get me the best rates he could find, and told me what to expect each step of the way. He was always calm and respectful, and I would 100% recommend him to friends.

Coastal Lending Group just refinanced my principle residence. I went from a 4.6, 30-​yr fix down to 3.2, 15-​yr fix. For about a 100 bucks a month, they shaved about 9 years off my loan. Can’t thank them enough! Jon Vitak, Whitney and Jason are awesome!
