I specialize in treating women and children in all the stages of their lives and development.

I have found that issues of infertility, depression, heart break and anxiety are often significant factors in women’s lives. At Dynamic Strategies Acupuncture I specialize in helping women through these life challenges so that they find true joy and fulfillment in their lives.

Children and teens have their own unique challenges as they have to grow up in a complex world. At Dynamic Strategies Acupuncture I am concerned with giving children and teens a natural treatment modality for the issues that face them during their growth.

I use many different techniques from the traditions of Chinese medicine, aromatherapy, Bach flower essence, and zero balancing to treat pain and enhance the health of my patients.

I believe that wellness comes from within, when there is an alignment of body mind and spirit healing is just around the corner.

Idalee D.

Business Owner

I am Idalee DiGregorio. I have a Master’s degree in acupuncture from Tai Sophia Institute and have been licensed in the state of Maryland since October 2011. I also have previous training in Human Development receiving my Masters from the University of Maryland College Park as well as previous training in clinical psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

I am a NADA certified AcuDetox specialist and have spent much of my time serving the drug addicted population of Baltimore City by volunteering my services at both Healthcare for the Homeless and Penn North. I am often very inspired by the journey that people with addictions make to find their way to sobriety.

I became an acupuncturist as a way of fulfilling my life long goal of mixing my psychological training with medicine to promote a level of deep healing. I find that acupuncture works more effectively than other forms of intervention because of its focus on the present and healing in the now and not in
