We are renown for becoming the first company in the South Eastern United States to provide Eyebrow Extensions, HD Brows, Semi-​Permanent Mascara, Mircoblading/​Eyebrow Embroidery Tattoo Eyebrows and Eyelash Extensions (silk, mink, volume up).

Flirt & Flutter Beauty Inc. was established in 2008 by owner Shea Evans. Evans is considered a Picasso of eye enhancement services. A former flight attendant, Evans decided to open up an eyelash extension only salon in Altanta, GA which was the third of its kind in the United States and the first in Georgia.

Evans states, «At Flirt & Flutter, we aim to bring Hollywood Glamor to the everyday woman.» Each staff member of Flirt & Flutter is trained by Evans personally. The staff of Flirt & Flutter is known to transform their client’s eyes into Masterpiece.
