Gordon Institute for Sports Performance

Eric gordon is a miracle worker. I went to him for very painful back problems and I am pretty much pain free at this time. I cannot say enough about him!!!

Hello to all, I recommend Gordon Insititue because the environment they provide is friendly, open, makes one not feel self-​conscious as one attempts to learn a more difficult work out. Staff is very knowledgeable about outside-​of-​the-​box workouts and I am one who used to work out at traditional spandex places for many years. I like the cleanliness and low key beauty of their gym. The trainers are youthful, upbeat, do not judge one based on age but alway encourage to expand one’s efforts to get more fit. There is a friendly comraderie that exists here and you may one day be working out with another guy your age and mixed in may be some younger peoole but all seem to flow well together. Free water bottles, free gatorade as you enter or leave after your workout is a nice touch. I have been encouraged there to reach further, use different equipment than I ever have before, and I like the way they challenge me without making me feel self-​conscious. I recommend Gordon Institute to anyone looking for a better, more complete workout and a place to meet some really nice people. It is never too crowded, never too many kids being babysat running around — it really feels like a serious gym with a sense of humor!
