Damaged my car to the tune of $ 300 and refused to pay for the damage. Took forever, broke my car, and the owner who is an intimidating bully refused to pay for the damage his guy caused. Do NOT use these guys — absolutely horrible — any one else is a better choice.

My car was towed to this sorry towing service last week on Veterans Day. I was rear ended on 695 and taken to the emergency room in Towson. The next day I went to pick up my car and spoke to this guy named Phil. Who changed me $ 267.00 to get my car back. Phil acted like a real ass hole. These guys are crooks working with local law enforcement ripping off the public. Stay away from Jim Elliott’s towing service. They are trouble period!
