Cheesesteaks rule here. They are damn fine Maryland cheesesteaks. Just go. Just do it.

They have a pretty decent cheese steak. That is what l come here for. The couple that own the store are very friendly. The cheesesteak is good, complete with plenty of actual shaved beef on a toasted roll. I get it with a side of crispy french fries and a Styrofoam cup of brown gravy that is laddled from a black electric cauldron. A great cheat meal indeed. They have a lottery machine and extensive menu of sandwiches and submarines and I also hear that they have an awesome breakfast ss well. I won’t be coming here for quite a while as l need to be more vigilant in exercising my cheat meals effectively, but l do have a lasting, tasty memory to keep me going.

If I could give more stars I would! Just like everyone has said this place is the bomb! It might not look great on the outside but the owners and their food is sooo good! This is our go to spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Very affordable ! The owners take the time to get to know their customers!

I love this place. It’s a total hole in the wall, but it’s not to be missed if you live in the area!
The people that run this place are the NICEST PEOPLE EVER. Like, ever. Really. The sweet Asian lady that owns and runs the cash register gives you a happy little bow when you tip and its my favorite thing in the world. She makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
The food is good for a classic Baltimore chicken shack/​deli. The fried chicken and lake trout with fries are the way to go, but the subs are delicious too, and absolutely stuffed with fillings. If you’re feeling a big breakfast too, this place is great for carryout. Eggs, bacon, sausage, scrapple, homefries… everything is made fresh on the griddle. And everything is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP.
This is my go-​to place for food if I’m hungover, since I live about 2 miles away.

This is a local, greasy spoon gem spot. If, for some reason, you find yourself in Arbutus, or Southwest Baltimore – maybe by UMBC, this is a place you need to try. The server is affectionately known by all locals as Mami. If you are a regular, God help you, you might be on your way to a coronary. The cheesesteak platter, shrimp steak platter, and bacon egg and cheese sandwiches are definitely worth ordering. Certainly service with a smile – very kind people run this little shop.

Upon first look… It appears shady. Upon entering, it appears shady. Upon ordering… Eh, it’s normal.
End result, went in for a breakfast sandwich. Which, it turns out, a lot of other people were also doing. Friendly cashier took my order for a scrapple egg and cheese sandwich. Out the door in under five minutes. Sandwich was pretty darn good!
Aside from lottery, there isn’t much else I saw in here I would want to buy. But that’s okay, I’ll gladly go back for another breakfast sandwich on the fly.
Would go again.
