Limos 4 Less

We’ve been using Limo4Less for business and personal travel for a few months now and are very satisfied with the service. Everyone I’ve talked to has been very professional and Wayne has become a favorite for us!

Arrived early to pick up. Car clean. Driver very courteous. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I accidentally booked my ticket landing at DC National instead of DC Dulles. We were flying from Texas to Kuwait. When I realized this error it was too late to make changes to my ticket as it was going to be around 1200 USD to fix it. I decided to use alternate options. I looked online for a transportation options and realized that most people had not had good stories to write and grew nervous. I had to make it to the airport in max 1 hour, checkin, go thru security and make my flight to Ku. This was very stressful. Regardless after searching I found LIMOs for less. They asked me about the number of bags I would have so they could determine the vehicle I might need. Everything was perfect. We arrived DC National and the car was waiting for us. Great driver and service. The driver monitored the roads via GPS and ensured she took the less heavier roads. We made it in 45 min to DC Dulles Airport and everything went well after that. So to those who need to know how to connect pl do not stress like I did. It will be fine and you will make your flight. There were taxis waiting outside the airport but then I have heard stories about these too so I didn’t want to risk missing my flight. All was prebooked and paid to include gratuity online. Good service will use again. THANKS

Up till yesterday I have to say we had a good experience with Limos4Less. Recently we ordered a town car for our Dulles pick up. When I called to confirm, they inquired to the number in the party and number of bags. We had 3 people with 3 roller boards and 3 «personal bags» i.e. computer bags. We were told we had to upgrade to the town car for another $ 50. They stated if we needed to put any baggage in the town car there was a $ 25 feee per bag. Having owned a town car I know it would have all fit in an empty trunk.
Rather a bait and switch. I will be using Über from now on.

Really disappointing that the business did not e-​mail me once I had made the reservation via phone.
It would have been helpful to have the reservation in e-​mail and therefore would have been easier to cancel. I did not use the sedan service as I had to travel out on an earlier basis due to loss of a family member. Because of the rush to travel, I could not call the business to cancel. Salt in the wound: The business charged me$ 106 for car service that I did not use. How craptacular is that?

I had never used a car service, and I was very nervous that the car would be late for our early morning ride to the airport. Instead, the driver was 15 minutes early, was professional and made getting to the airport a breeze. No more airport parking lots for me!

Our flight was late and we couldn’t get the MARC train to DC at night. I called an arranged a driver and car about 2 hours before pickup and had no problem. The car was very nice, the driver was knowledgeable and helpful and we liked it enough to book the return to BWI when we were leaving. I would strongly recommend this service if you need a limo in DC. There hotel pickup was prompt and we had no problem on the return. One towne car and one suburban. Both very nice. Our only complaint was that the second car had a lot of air freshener to maybe try to cover up smoke. I wasn’t sure if the driver smoked or maybe the previous passenger. I didn’t request a smoke free car but I will next time. They may want to examine that and get non smoking drivers or something. First car was fine though.

I used this service to go from Baltimore to Washington for an inaugural event and was very disappointed. The car was prompt and driver was polite but totally unprepared. He picked us up and informed us that there were a lot of street closings. Really??? You think with the inauguration the next day that might be the case. It is why we hired a car rather than drive ourselves.
We ended up in horrible traffic, he could not figure out how to get us close to event and we ended up walking 6 long blocks in the freezing cold. Not how I envisioned our night.
He did better picking us up… we only had to walk three blocks.
I may use them again but I really would insist they were better prepared.

The driver was early, polite, an excellent driver and got us from Chantilly to Union Station at 4am on time. The car was in excellent condition. Would definitely use again!

Excellent! Took limo to Philadelphia airport instead of flying from BWI to Spain.
Driver up was a great gal that made the ride very enjoyable. Arrived exactly on time. Car was spotless. Price was wonderful. Drive back after vacation went without a hitch. Driver again very polite and realized how tired we were. Kept conversation to a comfortable limit. Will never fly again if connection can be arranged to with this company for connecting flights & Atlantic City!

I am an administrative assistant who does a lot of domestic travel arrangements for my consultants and I am very skeptical on making reservations with those that have neutral or very few ratings. Yesterday, I was a bit desperate in finding a car service in the Baltimore area as I was given a last minute request. I found Limos 4 Less and took my chance. My consultant was very happy with their service and have pointed out their promptness, courtesy, and they’re reasonably priced.

As the name says, when you pay less, there has to be a hitch. The hitches in this situation are outweighed by the good things however. Both drivers (arrival and departure) arrived ahead of schedule exactly where they said they would be. They called upon arrival, too. The gentleman who coordinates the calls is amazing! So kind and thorough.
The one hitch. Smell. Car number one smelled like a Sephora store. Car number two smelled like a cigarette lounge. I survived… with headache… and more money in my pocket compared to the other services.
