History

Established in 2012.

Building is in our blood. Adam Preller apprenticed as a carpenter before he created his own business in 1992. Adam learned construction from his father, a World War II combat veteran and holder of Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) license # 90. While Adam directs work in the field, Rob Burch manages Maryland Bay Construction’s back office functions to keep its customers happy and support its employees and valued business partners.
