My family has used these guys three times to repair our car. The first time the work was done on time like they quoted and the price was fair. Used them for a second time. The fact that I’ve returned to this business is proof that they do do great work. Maven reached out about a issue we had and that is what made me change my mind about the business. The fact that they reached out.

I got the worst experience at this place. They guys at the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. Told me the work would take 1 hour it took them around 4 hours. After i got my car i had a new problems with it that weren’t there when i brought in for service. They messed up my transmission with whatever junk they poured into it.
Be aware and never go there.

All of these questions were going through my mind when I called Eli at Maven Motors. My insurance company was not in any rush to help me answer any of these questions. When I spoke with Eli, he told me he would take care of everything. He was so ready to help that my thoughts were «he can’t be real… there must be a catch». After a couple more conversations and text exchanges, my concerns were put at ease. He took care of EVERYTHING after I gave him the persmission to get my car out of the tow lot. I didn’t have to arrange the car to be moved nor did I have to talk to my insurance company once after I left it all to ELI to take care of it. YUP, no waiting on the phone for hours with your insurance company for someone to pick up the phone. To me, this is what customer service is all about. Insurance companies should work more with companies like MAVEN MOTORS because they would not have any unsatisfied customers. Eli had my best interest in mind. He worked with me to help me save money, he met me after hours so that I can pick up my car because I had to go after work to pick up my car. He EVEN returned my rental car AND took care of the extra day I went over my insurance allowance.
YES ANGELS DO EXIST they live in the spirits of Mr. Eli Feldman. Even though he is quite a ways from me, I am planning to take all my automobile concerns to him in the future. MAVEN MOTORS is worth the drive. AND, my car is BEAUTIFUL again. It’s like I have a brand new car now. I HIGHTLY recommend this place and wish I can give it 10 stars instead of just five. Thank you ELI! YOU ARE THE BEST!

We’ve always had great service and are very happy with Maven. Even though it’s in a crappy neighborhood on a crazy busy street, it’s worth it!

«Friends don’t let their friends drive junk.» HA! Great slogan! Well, this is a small business in North West Baltimore. They do collision/​body work, and repairs, and sell used vehicles. Eli is the owner/​manager, is always up front, polite, and fair. As far as I can tell, they have very fair prices for common car issues, like brakes, suspension, and body work. They service a lot of the Jewish families and businesses in the area, and are closed on major Jewish holidays. They’ll tell you what’s wrong with your car, make an extra effort to explain all the details and will work with you on the price. It just feels like honest business, which for me spells comfort.
Don’t take your car to any franchise or chain like Firestone or Jiffy Lube. What those places often lack are experienced mechanics that like their employers, and have pride in their work. Eli tells me that he has some of the best techs in the state, and from my experience, I believe it.
