My entire family has been going to monicas for as 10+ years. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. From a simple mans haircut to color to the more complex styles. My family and i have always been completely satisfied with our experience. If you plan to check it out, ask for pat. she is the best one therel.

I went to Monica’s to celebrate my birthday by getting a massage, mani and pedi. The massage, mani and pedi was excellent. All I can say is that everything from the receptionist to the actual service area was great… I am glad I decided to visit this day spa. The ladies were so friendly. I will definitely return.

This review is for the nail services in 2011 — just found the saved draft. I got a mani/​pedi, and they were hands down the best i have ever had. The mani lasted for 3 weeks, and I was even traveling for business!

My completely honest and accurate (of my experience) review got filtered, so I’d like to just quickly let any ladies know that this is NOT the place to go for your special event updo. Prices are nothing special, and mire importantly: they don’t do what you ask! Their updo skills are not up to par or up to date. Been there 3 times with groups for weddings, and rarely someone leaves happy with their hair.

I really wanted to like this place. Everyone there was very nice to me, except for my stylist. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or didn’t like me, but he didn’t talk to me or even smile until about 10 minutes into the haircut, when we made some small talk. I told him I wanted my split ends cut off, and some shape back into my cut. I ended up with my hair absurdly shorter than it has been in 10 years, and none of the layers or shape I asked for. I absolutely hated it, but didn’t have the heart to say anything, so I just bolted.
