If you like being lied to and treated like crap then this is a great place to take your car.
Wife took my car in here for a tire installation. I was also having battery issues, so they told her I’d need a new battery installed for $ 130. That is the total price they gave her, she relayed it to me and I gave the go ahead.
When she came in to pick up the car, the installation was charged as $ 45 (which is funny for something that takes less than 5 minutes) and the battery charged at $ 130 for a total of $ 175. So essentially they misled her on the phone and then dropped the install charge when she got there.
I called and spoke with the manager and he was unrelenting in calling my wife a liar and that he had relayed the full amount, which I knew was not true. Was not willing to work with me in any way to make this a better experience. I will never go here again.
If you want to use Monro Muffler, head to the Remington location. They do great work and are very upfront and honest.

Great, friendly service. I am a female and they did not take advantage of my all of car knowledge and try to push services I didn’t need! Much appreciated.
Went for an oil change and no complaints. I’ll go back! Brian was great at the front, too.

Been taking my car here for years. Always honest and dependable service. The store Manager is great, too! Always gets me in and out. I suggest making an appointment if you plan on going on a weekend.
