Established in 2008.
After being residents of Mt Vernon neighborhood in Baltimore and renting a number of apartments as well as helping many friends who come to baltimore to study at Hopkins, Peabody, University of Maryland, and MICA to find apartments we decided to do it ourselves. We purchased and fully renovated our first building on madison st in 2008. Installing every modern amenity possible, while keeping every historic detail possible. 6 Years later our tenants love us, many of them have been with us the whole time, but occasionally a someone moves out and an apartment becomes available — but not for long.
