Nice & Easy Electric Company

OVER PRICED AND DISHONEST!!! WOULDN’T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE!!!
I placed a service call for a kitchen fan to be fixed and was quoted $ 120.00. I also emailed them pictures and was promised by the owner that the job can be done with his quote. After the service, my tenants were charged $ 250.00. It was more than double his original quote.
I complained and told them that the price was way more than expected and that at that price I could’ve put in a new fan. The owner of the company agreed to put up a brand new fan with free installation as long as I purchase the kitchen fan.
The fan arrived shortly and we tried to schedule an appointment to put in the fan. The owner said they were on a big job and were too busy. He promised to call my tenants to schedule the installation. There was no appointment scheduled so my tenants tried calling him several times. When my tenants tried to talked to him he hung up on them.
Finally I contacted him and told him what was going on. He told me that he wanted us to pay another installation fee for the new fan even though he had originally said that he was going to give us free installation. Then he hung up on me.
This is my experience with this company. I WILL NOT BE USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN AND WOULDN’T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE!!!

Corey was able to accommodate my schedule. He arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed the issue quickly. He is very nice and personable. I was a little surprised that he didn’t have the replacement part with him and had to make a run to a local hardware store but he still got the job done quickly.

I called Nice & Easy Electric after hearing a popping sound in my walls. Corey came all the way to Laurel within a few hours of my car and diligently attempted to diagnose the problem. Of course, the sound never happened again. But, in the end Corey changed our outlets (one was not operational), and I haven’t had a problem since. Responsive, thorough, pleasant and willing to come down to Laurel. What more could we ask for? I wouldn’t hesitate to call Nice & Easy again. Highly recommend to other Unilocalers and my family and friends.

The timely response and professional services are very impressive!
I called nice and easy electric at about 3:00 pm and Corey, the electrician, arrived my house at 4:00 pm! Not only fixed the electric issues that I faced with nicely, he also discovered some additional problems that I may have in future. That is very nice to have a professional suggestion and get the problems fixed!
Besides the great work they’ve done, the charge is quite reasonable. Actually, I have contacted several other electricians before calling nice and easy. They either can only schedule an appointment one week later, or charge me nearly double the price that I paid for nice and easy.
I have to say, there is no doubt that I will stick with nice and easy electric in future, and I will not hesitate to recommend their great team to my friends!

I needed 3 fans and a light fixture installed in my home. I called Nice and Easy. They were able to give me a Sunday appointment. They called to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. Be aware that they, as most electricians charge by the hour. He completed his work and cleaned up afterwards. However, in my opinion — they worked a little slow but did a good job. I would use them again but perhaps get them to move a little faster. But with them working on Sunday, coming on time and completing good work, I’d give 4 stars! It’s really hard to find decent contractors in Baltimore so when you find someone good, keep them! I’ll stay with Nice and Easy.

What an awesome company. From the day I first called Corey has been nothing but helpful and professional. The day I called him he said he could come the next day for an estimate. He was very professional and did not get annoyed at the questions I asked. At the end I had a written proposal for and electrical panel upgrade and a replacement service cable. After a few estimates from other companies, Corey was the winner because he gave us a military discount! He took care of everything for us and the work was perfect. He worked all day with out a break along with his partner. We then had him install recessed lighting and an additional outlet in our laundry room. Problems arose because of our space between the ceiling and the second floor. He worked with us while we tried to figure out the best option. In the end we got it done. He is a small company and still had that down to earth attitude that I like in a company. He is our new electrician!!!

what more can i say about nice and easy electric company. Very professional honest reliable electricians. They where on time to the point and about there business. I also liked how they cleaned up behind themselves and took the time out to answer all my questions and offered tips on how to troubleshoot minor repairs. I gave them a call 4:00 in the evening and the tech was there at 4:30 exactly. Outstanding customer service and there pricing was somewhat reasonable needless to say i was completely satisfied with the work the performed and i will make sure i keep there business card handy and refer them to all my friends and family for there electrical needs. Nice & Easy Electric you guys Rock!
