First off, the security should be great, as the local police officers all seem to eat here. Second, I ordered my chicken & was told I would have to wait to get the spicy chicken(what is popeyes known for having?), I took a seat and waited 20 minutes & I hadn’t heard from anyone behind the counter. I went to the counter and asked about my order, even though they didn’t say, it was obvious they had forgotten about me. How do you forget an order that’s paid for & unfilled? The only positive thing Popeyes has going for it is it’s chicken, definitely not the service. «EXTREMELYPOORCUSTOMERSERVICE» R.L.H. Of Baltimore

Booooo!!! I’ve been here twice this week(loooove that chicken). The first time I waited 24 minutes for some spicy wings because they gave away my order twice to other customers. Shot out to those that pulled a fast one on corporate America) During this time, I watched them hurl mild breasts at people because they ran out of all things spicy & the lower halves of the chicken. I finally wised up & stood directly in front of the woman distributing the food. But when my order came up, the manager told me that the order had already been filled. «Duh! It just hadn’t been served to me.» He was good-natured about it and give me a free biscuit as a consolation prize. Wonk, wonk, wonk… Today, I went through the drive thru for some more of those devilishly delicious wingettes only to be informed they had disappeared along with the pepper barrel tenders and you guessed it: anything spicy. I’m not sure why this location never has any inventory but I won’t stop there again unless I see chicken feathers covering the parking lot to ensure they have the product.

Wow! No ketchup for the fries. No bread for the po boy shrimp sandwich. The management must be watching the Ravens game cause he is not doing his job.

This place surprised me… I thought it would be chaotic! But to my surprise it was actually decent. The food was great. I definitely will be back.

Popeyes, why must your chicken be so good, but service is always so mediocore? We came in Monday night about 8 o’clock to pick up chicken to save us the trouble of cooking. We opted to get a 12 piece meal, had our sides all picked out. Waited in line behind three people, yet it took almost 10 minutes to get to the register. While the cashier was pleasant, they didn’t have the sides we wanted(which we all know, they only have like two or three sides that are any good) but the manager wouldn’t swap 6 biscuits for one of the sides, he would only swap one of the(large) sides for ONE biscuit. Whatever, we weren’t going to argue with them, so we just paid for extra biscuits, but considering they were out of items, I felt they couldn’t made some kind of exception.

I went on a weekday around 4 and it was PACKED and incredibly unorganized. I didn’t have to wait to place my order, but I waited 20 minutes to get my food. That’s a long time for fast food! To be fair, I don’t think it was really the staff’s fault. The clientele keep changing their mind after placing their orders, yelling at the people working on the counter, and raising an overall ruckus. The food itself was pretty much like every other Popeye’s. I would probably recommend just going through the drive thru to avoid all the chaos inside.

New Popeyes near North Avenue. The staff is still learning so service is so-so. Chicken was good though.
