Established in 2014.

Back in 2010 we purchased our very first home, which just happened to have an attached unit that was easily converted to an income property. Since we received our first rent check, we were hooked. We now rent out both units, and decided in the beginning of 2014 to start our own property management business. We love what we do, and you will see that from the outset.

Straight out of college Michael received a job offer as a Accounts Payable associate for a small company in Baltimore, MD. His role quickly grew to also include domestic purchasing, but after more than 3 years with the company he decided a change of pace was needed. Since 2010 he had owned and managed his own rental properties, so he decided to break the mold of the 9 – 5 job, and started his own company, Property Management of Baltimore, in 2014. Michael’s dedication and willingness to adapt will undoubtedly help in this business.
