Established in 1998.

In 1998 i launch QAD Carpet Cleaning while working as a subcontractor for larger carpet cleaning companies such as Macy’s Home Service. By doing such i was able to maintain myself until i established my own clientele. There were a few down days and some bumps & bruises, but all was expected. Not long after i realized in oder for my business to grow, i had to try my best to put out great work evertime and i do.

i starting my cleaning business in 1998, and I’m still around this alone i must say is a blessing. Today my company has become a one stop shop for cleaning maintenance catering to Landlords, Homeowners and property management group’s. We try to take the stress away for people having to call different companies to handle different things.
